- We had so much fun with @Abiding.Farmhouse! Our kids were immediately best friends and literally had the best time! Shasta and her family blessed us so much and were amazing host's to our family. Having two large families that equals 18 kids and counting all together is no small task to take on.... but The Phillips family took everything with such grace! So blessed with their friendship!

I am a member from Abiding Farmhouse. I believe I found her thru the Moss family. So now I joined your group.I don't have a large family but my dad came from one. I have a son in his thirtys and a grand son 5 yrs.old. I still have my dad and hubby. He has 4 siblings and I am an only child. My mom was a Field's before she married. She had 2 sisters. Ken and I live in TN. Glad to be here.

This reminded me of when we got together with my ILs, 3 of us have 4 kids and one has 3, then two have two. It was crazy, to be honest there were so many fights within the different age groups of kids. I wish we would have been able to relax and enjoy, we really haven't all been in the same house since and its sad.

Wow it seems like you guys had such a great vacation. I’m excited because we are heading to the beach with my mother in law in two weeks! We’re hoping in the next few years to be able to go visit the ark and creation museum and my brother in Chicago but with so many Covid restrictions and outbreaks up north it will probably have to wait until spring of 2023 ☹️.
Creation and ark are free for kids 10 and under this year with paying adults!

We had a great time! Yeah I didn’t even ask for a picture with the Bates bc I didn’t feel it was right. We just enjoyed being there. We talked to Gil for a long time. He was such an encouragement!

How is the creek not scary for you wirh lots of littles? Live hearing other perspectives I’m easily freaked out over those things...
Nathan or I were always outside by the creek with the kids. I think it’s good for kids to explore, play and learn. They had a great time and no one got hurt.
