Naming it as a cottage is very funny, slightly cringey even.... you're right it's a semi and should be marketed that way....be proud of what you are little semi.
@@kwrenvideo6654 There are 8 similar houses in the quiet close, all named 'so and so cottage'. The builder named them. He is a reputable, local builder so going to trust his judgement. We bought it as that 3 years ago and thought it would be a good idea to carry on the name. The house name is 15 - 20 years old :)

My thoughts too - it looks like a small modern semi on a housing estate and definitely not a cottage. Naming it Rosewood House would be more apt!
