I've said this once and I'll say it again, 85% of all these hunt quests were likely made in about four days and then abandoned entirely with no regard towards bug fixes. It's even more likely that 85% of these games involved in the hunt were abandoned/cash grab games whose devs genuinely forgot existed until Roblox emailed them and they had to panic develop.

i did it mostly for the crown since i thought it looked cool, then i got to 100, my last one being 3008. then i noticed the crown is positioned wrong and the glowy horns that appear in r15 games only aren't even aligned.
Bayside high school was probably one of the best in my opinion. They made you play a rhythym game which felt realistic. The story is also well executed.

It pisses me off that they added Carry a Friend, but did not add the original - Carry Me. Carry a Friend is just a terrible garbage dump for pumping money, unlike the original.
The fact that there was 3 of the same copy paste cashgrab games (pull the sword sim, arm wrestling sim, lumberjack sim, and maybe another I’m forgetting) is actually ridiculous. This event was a 5/10 for me, you either get a 10/10 game, with great presentation, or a 2. no inbetween, and most of the games were no better than a 3
deadass though i played lumberjack sim that was so easy for the devs to make all they did was copy and pasted one of their models, used the default bunny package, and changed some numbers i think they made it in 10 minutes max

Props to you for playing those REALLY and I mean REALLY boring ones. I had to sit in a very slow hot air balloon for thirty minutes straight heading to blue orbs, really irritating.
I hated that one Whenever I ran out of balls to go to I just reset and hoped some more would respawn The hot air balloon should have moved faster or smth It was Livetopia I think
@@AwesomeAlexPlays I think it was something like Metro life or smth? What worked for me is that they saved across servers so I could collect most of them and then just leave and rejoin to get the last few at spawn.
I would just get out of the balloon and it would de spawn and i would just do 5he same one but maybe that got patched. After 40 badges that was good enough for me.
3008 was fun for me because for some reason i didnt have to do any of the quests, i just survived like 10 nights and randomly this egg guy appeared with a portal.
I'd say that the quest in TDS is arguably one of the well-made ones too. They made a whole new and beginner-friendly map which looks really cool and fits the theme of the event well, plus they even had this egg hunt thing where you could get a whole ugc egg for a pretty doable, non-grindy task too.
The strongest battlegrounds event was actually really fun because even though most of the community is toxic and yes most of the players didn't care if another person died because of the crossfire- There's something so charming about seeing a bunch of sweats suddenly stop fighting each other and work together to defeat an NPC I had an experience where I was having a 1v1 with this one person and we were both sweating like crazy until one of the NPCs spawned. I chatted "boss" and my opponent immediately understood what I was trying to say and helped me defeat the NPC
Bruv is underated, 100 badges in 2.5 days is an accomplishment. Ive been doin it for 3 days and i only have 47 New subscriber, I thought you would have way more subs than you do now because of how good your video is

To be honest, some games know their player base and decide to make the event not so hard such as Arsenal, they know that their players are some insane pro if they decide to make the quest for taking players down that would be too hard to achieve or something like that which I really appreciate it.
Arsenal just tried to steal Entry Point honestly. However the AI is just shoot whoever you see, the mission makes no sense, and there's no story. It just tried to steal EP but became thousands and thousands of times worse. EP should get more than just 100 daily players.
I played treasure hunt simulator a lot when i was younger so that one wasnt that bad for me, I didnt realize how time consuming it could have taken if played normally

personally, the thing that's keeping me sane during this event is either a playlist comprised entirely of osts from my favourite games (i chose minecraft, terraria and undertale/deltarune) or simply just binging jjk and switching between the 2 depending on the involvement i need to get the badge. also sick video, great job
I agree, but for me it’s because of the get 3 kills or something because I usually hide by the side and don’t kill people + lag = playing blade ball for one solid hour trying to kill just three people
This event is a 5/10 since I got like 80+ badges. The only game I struggle the most is Steep Steps since the ladders are very hard to place in a public server. I would do it in private, but it’s still time consuming. Overall, good idea and it executed kinda poorly. The ones that did the most effort deserves a lot of praise. I’m looking at you, Arsenal. Thank god I’m getting there to finish this event and I’ll take breaks along the way. *Good video btw*
steep steps is pain bruh this guy freaking kept pushing me off the cliff and said its my fault for having a reaction then he acted nice towards others for no reason? like every server i go into just sucks and i just hate how you have to pay freaking robux to get your ladder back. oh and if you fall all the way down? which is what happened to me. you have to start again not even being able to purchase to get back up there. i like the map tho just dude the game sucks. all just for a hunt badge.

Honestly I actually like steep steps the most. When I finished, I went and play the normal map. And damn the event one is like 0-100m hard (1st checkpoint)
I liked the TDS The Hunt event in my opinion, the because the boss and map is literally really good tho. And the reward you get is easy, and for people who play the game a lot can try "Hard" for a skin called the "Korblox Warden" for the "Warden" tower in-game, and the skin was worth it too!
I finished 100 too. It's insane how cashgrabbing games got in the hunt, but if you just forget about the lazy games and play games with actual efforts makes it fun.

One surprising game I found interesting was "Bayside High School" When I joined I thought it was going to be another crappy find all the items but instead it was a very interesting FNF game mode with a cool black and white effect on your screen
War machines wss also pretty fun, even though it had a simple objective flying around like iron man killing bad guys was pretty fun, the music and sfx made it immersive so yea
This game is good in itself. At some point, I forgot that I was participating in the Hunt and gathered more energy than I needed to get the badge, lol.
Thank you for calling out the duplicates of this event! I will say there was a ton of good games that I got into during this event the simulators were the most dreadful. I got lucky in the collect the pets one since I actually played the game a lot back in 2022 with a friend (plus some other simulator games) but yeah not my favorite and I’m currently near at the 60 badges mark with slowly losing motivation for the event. Thank you for doing the hard work for us all 👍
I got invested in to getting the egg, that you need 100 badges for and it sucks to see some devs doing a really great job and other devs a bad job. Also its nice to see Roblox coming back to the event ideas, however it need a lot of rework, if we ever want the good old events back.
Honestly I just hope more devhunt events actually involved games that arent known by 90% of the roblox community and have potential (ex. jtoh!!!!! ) instead of more bland simulators/gimmick obbies, but that would probably never happen...
They need to bring back the old egg hunts. 2019 was alright, Similar to this year’s but not nearly as bad. But oh man Egghunt 2018: The Great Yolktales has to be one of my favorite events ever.
I do agree though, there were 2 football games but one of them literally required you to play 8 QUARTERS, i can even remember how long it took to complete and im not at all surprised that 80% of the lobbies i played in were afk for the entire duration of all the quarters.

Ngl the Catalog Avatar Creator one was hard but there was smth so fun and feeling accomplished once you got it lol. And ngl I dont generally enjoy pvp but by the time I got the badge it was fun because I figured it out.
I feel like Epic Minigames deserve some form of praise, they didn’t get in the hunt and instead of just not doing the hunt, they made their own. Sure it was a bit simple (finding scattered eggs around the lobby) but it’s still probably a lot better than playing an obby game for 15 minutes. Also it’s actually related to Easter (I’m not saying all the games in the hunt had to have a bunny with colorful eggs but it’s nice to see yk?) Anyways props to you for doing the entire hunt, it was probably very tiring and boring for the most part :)

The thing is, I just completed the event and there was like 100 simulator games, and I couldn’t be asked to complete it so I just spent robux buying the best stuff to get it really quickly. As well as that I think ERLC: Liberty County did a really good job with their game because it’s a role play game that made you go exploring across the map with riddles that was really fun to figure out and try see. The riddles were really well made. Unlike emergency Hamburg another role play game all you did was be a truck driver and do 1 delivery and that’s it. So props to ERLC: for making a really good riddle hunt.
Honestly what this event made me realize is how much better old Roblox was, I’m talking like 2010 to 2017 era. Because back then games were made with passion and playability, sure they didn’t have as fancy of visuals or as smooth of mechanics but they also didn’t feel like they were just trying to squeeze money out of you. Now days it’s just copy pasted games with more micro transactions than gameplay
This is basically my thoughts on most the games that just make you play their game and I’m always disappointed when they don’t have some custom made level
I feel you. I got 95 badges to get the final prize and my brain was slowly rotting away. I felt like I was gonna shut down. But about 25 percent of the time I did actually have fun playing the games such as the sports games (mostly because they were fun just by themselves) and the arsenal one, which was very well done. I also love the way you explain the experience for others who haven't done the full thing yet! (Lil update: I got 100 badges.)

I completely agree about the bad games, I only made 96 games and oh my god you called the games bad, they are not that bad, they are terrible, you gave an example of a “treasure hunt simulator” 2 treasures were easy but the last one took me 2 hours, I found it and was able to take it and I don’t like such modes when I made 95 game I spat at the poor terrible games
Microwave dinner and item asylum (also maybe ghost sim) would've gone HARD, like they brought back fricking awoo for this they couldn't add more indie gems and old relics? They were like: yes let's support the underpaying company who got sued and copies instead of old classics! Like they didn't even do a prison game.
I need to admit this event was really bad boring and not good enough rewards egg hunts and meta verse champions was better especially egg hunts 2016-2018
one thing that wasnt mentioned in the video that really pisses me and a lot of people off is the fact you need to play 95 games just to get a crown. 95 games alone is too much regardless of the rewards. hopefully future events will be better
The reason why snowboard obby was changed to 15 min was. When the hunt first released snowboard obby used to be stage 100 but there was a glitch, if you made progress on that game before and you reach stage 100 you couldn't get the badge. That's why they changed to play for 15 min
I gave up when i reached 52 badges, and then conor uploaded a video stating that if you have collected 100 badges , you'd get a special hat egg accessory. I reached 99 badges until i realised that it's exactly 100 games, and the last game is where i was banned " slap battles " over all . The items are mid and not worth getting . All of my time was wasted getting badges , i could've done some outdoor activities or something . Tbh , people who exploit are pretty smart . They copy scripts and execute them, saving them sooooo much time . I think i will become an exploiter because a sane person wouldn't dare waste 6 hours doing something when he could've done it in 1 or 2 hours using exploits
Games that were not trash but not mentioned in the good category: emergency response: liberty - super cool idea, you have to find 3 eggs hidden on a massive map, but you are given a clue for them. They are also not hard to find, clues are usually enough and if you can't find them, you can get more clues every 10 minutes(or just look it up on youtube i guess) club roblox - alright, this one is not that good, but considering it is bassically adopt me copy, it was pretty good - it features a custom map you can play through combat initiation - alright, the first part asks you for 75 kills or 150 assists(1 kill = 2 assists, they add up together). After that, you can play a really cool lava themed obby. Normally, this would be boring, but combat initiation has some really unique movement and the obby fully utilizes them. Strongman simulator - I can't tell you exactly how bad it is for a new player as I played that game for a bit. Instead of asking you to unlock some random area like literally any other simulator, it makes use of it's unique gimmick of pulling "stuff" behind you(normally, this is how you "train") by making a cool obstacle course that you need to navigate your egg through. It has some cool gimmicks which are an evidence that developers really tried to make something cool. Perhaps it is a too long, but hey, this guy played doors for 1 hour, so who am I to judge.
I personally just enjoyed the games while completing the tasks. The only things I didn't like were the stairs (because if you fall from a high height or the stairs fall, you need to go to the beginning) and fruit battlegrounds (a bad idea with tasks).
as someone who also got all 100 badges i cant lie that was the most fun I’ve had in roblox in a while and yes, most of the games were very boring but compared to before, i just felt like i played every game in roblox. Games like ultimate football that makes you go play the game or afk for 40 mins and ofc, snowboard obby. Like that game wasn’t bad as ultimate football but if i choose to play either of this game i’ll choose ultimate football, snowboard obby is just not it man. Even tho the glitch where you can climb walls is pretty funny and i like that a lot, but over all. It’s trash, if i talk about every single game this would be too long so, my rating for this event is 10/10 also the game that i like the most in this event is Arsenal shoutout to them for making a whole new map and event the skin was also pretty cool 2nd is Doors They made a whole new update along with a whole new floor for the event (doors would be 1st if I didn’t like fps games more) coming in 3rd is Steep Steps alot of people hate the game but like personally it was very fun climbing and also helping my friends do the quest, it wasn’t too hard. Thats all
Doors was by far the best but I do think some others were cool I’m mad that Roblox didn’t invite a more diverse group of creators to make them. For example imagine PTTT Grand Scheme had one
3:17 I would’ve done it first try, but an annoying star creator had admin commands and was flying to the egg and knocking off anyone trying to obtain it.
Fun fact: The owner of the strongest battle grounds actually said that if the UGC (The strongest egg) ran out of stock, they would restock it on saturday or sunday with another 500k units.

I also got 100 badges and I agree with your opinion. For me Doors were the best and the strongest battlegrounds, doors new gamemode was really interesting and fun and a bit challenging, while strongest battlegrounds was a bit grindy, but was generally fun to kill all those npcs with other players and the animations were gorgeous. The worst was probably maple hospital or whatever its called, really boring, long and glitchy, the rpg game where you need to kill some monsters that drop eggs (boars) and the eggs have a small percentage of dropping and you need 25 of them, this is just stupid. Rb minigames was really good, just win a round and complete the event with some amazing animations. I didn't really mind the snowboard obby that much, it was pretty boring and unispired, but I think there's worst. There was this one shooter where you needed to collect 20 of 5 items, I didn't enjoy that people would just camp their spawn and you couldn't got those items, that was just irritating, cause even if i killed them i wouldn't get the items, they should've just give you automatically those items when you kill other players without needing of you picking them up. Scp roleplay and arsenal was good, they made a whole new thing to do, I enjoyed playing them. The 2 football games shouldn't be on the list, just like those rp's games and tycoon"s. I would say some more stuff, but Imma do something else now. In conclusion the hunt event is pretty mid, too much games and grinding for some mediocre items and really bad and really good games. The free ugc were not bad, Im happy that I got the strongest battlegrounds egg, and got some others like all combat warriors eggs, the swordfighting wings and car crushers engine backpack. I will probably just use the egg and the wings, rest of the ugc is pretty mediocre anyway. Great video, have an amazing day!
I suppose for 80% games, people who aiming at the hunt event will be like 90% or even higher, and among such games, 50% games dev do not consider these new players in the way that it would be quite simple for pros but difficult for new players. Maybe not that difficult but the time it takes will make most of players complain about it.
We can share the same pain. Although the blue ugc's from the hunt are actually niche!. Can't say the same with the gold ones tho... Some games like taking care of a baby, made me lose not only some sanity but also some of my neurons and I do agree with the time loss such as the snowboard and oby in a bike. Although I must say that some rp games or cooking ones or even the chest digging made me take some time to enjoy their games and have a moment of peace while I was tired or insane so far because of the other crappy games. I do agree too that piggy, minigame battles, doors, combat warriors, etc, did a great job but I really regret playing female games. Ugh man... some of my masculinity went out with them... I really really feel ashamed having their badges...

Imo some games took their opportunity and made them a hunt challenge but other games were like a premium payout cash grab, at least its the closest thing to an egg hunt we’ll get.

I got all 100 badges yesterday because I went on a church trip for like 4 days. The event was miserable, but at least we had some type of community event. Hopefully Roblox can learn from this and make their next event better.
Also, I love how you described it as a “messy mixed bag” I 100% agree. I also feel like the reason the hunt was so disappointing was because of the rewards. Pretty much none of the accessories can be worn without ruining your entire outfit. Even if you say they’re meant to be collectibles, I feel like they should have added more than 6 (free). If you look at the older egg hunts, there’s so many eggs which look way cooler than the one, dumb looking hunt egg. The big build up to the hunt egg made me have a lot of hope, but when it finally came out as an egg that sat on ur head with an ugly texture, my day was ruined.
Man I got to 95 badges and like over 90% of them were just lazy games and it took me 4 DAYS to do. The hardest one I seem I cannot get is the doors quest tho. All the ones you said in the good had the best quest and they actually put effort into them, unlike the 90% of developers just making it the least work they have to do. (Edit: I GOT TO 100 BADGES and it only took me 6 days)
i havent finished the whole event yet, ive gotten about 52 done so far, but from what ive done my favorite is doors by FAR i was genuinely stressed while trying to get it done, i beat it relatively fast but only after watching videos cause i was so confused on the time part💀
Its really a quantity over quality situation in my opinion its not a bad idea that roblox give the chance to be some less know and small games but if they want to still doing this events it’s really necesary to do a strict quality control
We were all anticipating "The Hunt" to bring back the excitement of true hunting experiences. Remember when you actually had to track down your prey? Yet, it seems most developers have fallen short, delivering games that lack challenge, creativity, and purposeful hunting. Completing all these games leaves me disheartened, as many are simply dull, offering little beyond mindless gameplay. With an abundance of badges, it feels like Roblox is losing its edge, descending into monotony. Sure, there were standout titles like Doors and Arsenal, but far too many fell into the trap of repetition, offering nothing new or engaging. Simulators and tycoons are particularly guilty of this, with their repetitive tasks and lack of genuine hunting experiences. It's disappointing how lackluster the hunt has become, lacking depth and excitement. Developers seem content with mediocrity, squandering the potential for something truly captivating. Why can't we return to the egg hunts of yesteryears, where collecting eggs was a thrilling adventure? Instead, we're inundated with UGCs, making it impossible for everyone to participate. It's time for a change, a return to the essence of what made the hunt special.

I would just get out of the balloon and it would de spawn and i would just do 5he same one but maybe that got patched. After 40 badges that was good enough for me.

I'd say that the quest in TDS is arguably one of the well-made ones too. They made a whole new and beginner-friendly map which looks really cool and fits the theme of the event well, plus they even had this egg hunt thing where you could get a whole ugc egg for a pretty doable, non-grindy task too.
The strongest battlegrounds event was actually really fun because even though most of the community is toxic and yes most of the players didn't care if another person died because of the crossfire-
There's something so charming about seeing a bunch of sweats suddenly stop fighting each other and work together to defeat an NPC
I had an experience where I was having a 1v1 with this one person and we were both sweating like crazy until one of the NPCs spawned. I chatted "boss" and my opponent immediately understood what I was trying to say and helped me defeat the NPC
For me, it was the other way around sadly... The sweats just started targeting anyone even if they were fighting a boss

To be honest, some games know their player base and decide to make the event not so hard such as Arsenal, they know that their players are some insane pro if they decide to make the quest for taking players down that would be too hard to achieve or something like that which I really appreciate it.
Arsenal just tried to steal Entry Point honestly. However the AI is just shoot whoever you see, the mission makes no sense, and there's no story. It just tried to steal EP but became thousands and thousands of times worse. EP should get more than just 100 daily players.

This event is a 5/10 since I got like 80+ badges. The only game I struggle the most is Steep Steps since the ladders are very hard to place in a public server. I would do it in private, but it’s still time consuming. Overall, good idea and it executed kinda poorly. The ones that did the most effort deserves a lot of praise. I’m looking at you, Arsenal. Thank god I’m getting there to finish this event and I’ll take breaks along the way. *Good video btw*

this guy freaking kept pushing me off the cliff and said its my fault for having a reaction then he acted nice towards others for no reason? like every server i go into just sucks and i just hate how you have to pay freaking robux to get your ladder back. oh and if you fall all the way down? which is what happened to me. you have to start again not even being able to purchase to get back up there. i like the map tho just dude the game sucks. all just for a hunt badge.

I liked the TDS The Hunt event in my opinion, the because the boss and map is literally really good tho. And the reward you get is easy, and for people who play the game a lot can try "Hard" for a skin called the "Korblox Warden" for the "Warden" tower in-game, and the skin was worth it too!

Thank you for calling out the duplicates of this event! I will say there was a ton of good games that I got into during this event the simulators were the most dreadful. I got lucky in the collect the pets one since I actually played the game a lot back in 2022 with a friend (plus some other simulator games) but yeah not my favorite and I’m currently near at the 60 badges mark with slowly losing motivation for the event. Thank you for doing the hard work for us all 👍
I got invested in to getting the egg, that you need 100 badges for and it sucks to see some devs doing a really great job and other devs a bad job. Also its nice to see Roblox coming back to the event ideas, however it need a lot of rework, if we ever want the good old events back.

Ngl the Catalog Avatar Creator one was hard but there was smth so fun and feeling accomplished once you got it lol. And ngl I dont generally enjoy pvp but by the time I got the badge it was fun because I figured it out.
I feel like Epic Minigames deserve some form of praise, they didn’t get in the hunt and instead of just not doing the hunt, they made their own. Sure it was a bit simple (finding scattered eggs around the lobby) but it’s still probably a lot better than playing an obby game for 15 minutes. Also it’s actually related to Easter (I’m not saying all the games in the hunt had to have a bunny with colorful eggs but it’s nice to see yk?) Anyways props to you for doing the entire hunt, it was probably very tiring and boring for the most part :)

The thing is, I just completed the event and there was like 100 simulator games, and I couldn’t be asked to complete it so I just spent robux buying the best stuff to get it really quickly.
As well as that I think ERLC: Liberty County did a really good job with their game because it’s a role play game that made you go exploring across the map with riddles that was really fun to figure out and try see. The riddles were really well made.
Unlike emergency Hamburg another role play game all you did was be a truck driver and do 1 delivery and that’s it.
So props to ERLC: for making a really good riddle hunt.

Honestly what this event made me realize is how much better old Roblox was, I’m talking like 2010 to 2017 era. Because back then games were made with passion and playability, sure they didn’t have as fancy of visuals or as smooth of mechanics but they also didn’t feel like they were just trying to squeeze money out of you. Now days it’s just copy pasted games with more micro transactions than gameplay

But about 25 percent of the time I did actually have fun playing the games such as the sports games (mostly because they were fun just by themselves) and the arsenal one, which was very well done. Microwave dinner and item asylum (also maybe ghost sim) would've gone HARD, like they brought back fricking awoo for this they couldn't add more indie gems and old relics? The reason why snowboard obby was changed to 15 min was. When the hunt first released snowboard obby used to be stage 100 but there was a glitch, if you made progress on that game before and you reach stage 100 you couldn't get the badge. That's why they changed to play for 15 min
I gave up when i reached 52 badges, and then conor uploaded a video stating that if you have collected 100 badges , you'd get a special hat egg accessory. I reached 99 badges until i realised that it's exactly 100 games, and the last game is where i was banned " slap battles " over all . The items are mid and not worth getting . All of my time was wasted getting badges , i could've done some outdoor activities or something . Tbh , people who exploit are pretty smart . They copy scripts and execute them, saving them sooooo much time . I think i will become an exploiter because a sane person wouldn't dare waste 6 hours doing something when he could've done it in 1 or 2 hours using exploits
Games that were not trash but not mentioned in the good category: emergency response: liberty - super cool idea, you have to find 3 eggs hidden on a massive map, but you are given a clue for them. They are also not hard to find, clues are usually enough and if you can't find them, you can get more clues every 10 minutes(or just look it up on youtube i guess)
club roblox - alright, this one is not that good, but considering it is bassically adopt me copy, it was pretty good - it features a custom map you can play through
combat initiation - alright, the first part asks you for 75 kills or 150 assists(1 kill = 2 assists, they add up together). After that, you can play a really cool lava themed obby. Normally, this would be boring, but combat initiation has some really unique movement and the obby fully utilizes them.
Strongman simulator - I can't tell you exactly how bad it is for a new player as I played that game for a bit. Instead of asking you to unlock some random area like literally any other simulator, it makes use of it's unique gimmick of pulling "stuff" behind you(normally, this is how you "train") by making a cool obstacle course that you need to navigate your egg through. It has some cool gimmicks which are an evidence that developers really tried to make something cool. Perhaps it is a too long, but hey, this guy played doors for 1 hour, so who am I to judge.
0:36 to 4:15 described exactly how collecting UGC’s felt. No honestly that shit is way more draining than you think.

I personally just enjoyed the games while completing the tasks. The only things I didn't like were the stairs (because if you fall from a high height or the stairs fall, you need to go to the beginning) and fruit battlegrounds (a bad idea with tasks).

as someone who also got all 100 badges i cant lie that was the most fun I’ve had in roblox in a while and yes, most of the games were very boring but compared to before, i just felt like i played every game in roblox. Games like ultimate football that makes you go play the game or afk for 40 mins and ofc, snowboard obby. Like that game wasn’t bad as ultimate football but if i choose to play either of this game i’ll choose ultimate football, snowboard obby is just not it man. Even tho the glitch where you can climb walls is pretty funny and i like that a lot, but over all. It’s trash, if i talk about every single game this would be too long so, my rating for this event is 10/10 also the game that i like the most in this event is Arsenal shoutout to them for making a whole new map and event the skin was also pretty cool 2nd is Doors They made a whole new update along with a whole new floor for the event (doors would be 1st if I didn’t like fps games more) coming in 3rd is Steep Steps alot of people hate the game but like personally it was very fun climbing and also helping my friends do the quest, it wasn’t too hard. For me Doors were the best and the strongest battlegrounds, doors new gamemode was really interesting and fun and a bit challenging, while strongest battlegrounds was a bit grindy, but was generally fun to kill all those npcs with other players and the animations were gorgeous. The worst was probably maple hospital or whatever its called, really boring, long and glitchy, the rpg game where you need to kill some monsters that drop eggs (boars) and the eggs have a small percentage of dropping and you need 25 of them, this is just stupid. Rb minigames was really good, just win a round and complete the event with some amazing animations. I didn't really mind the snowboard obby that much, it was pretty boring and unispired, but I think there's worst. There was this one shooter where you needed to collect 20 of 5 items, I didn't enjoy that people would just camp their spawn and you couldn't got those items, that was just irritating, cause even if i killed them i wouldn't get the items, they should've just give you automatically those items when you kill other players without needing of you picking them up. Scp roleplay and arsenal was good, they made a whole new thing to do, I enjoyed playing them. The 2 football games shouldn't be on the list, just like those rp's games and tycoon"s. I would say some more stuff, but Imma do something else now. In conclusion the hunt event is pretty mid, too much games and grinding for some mediocre items and really bad and really good games. The free ugc were not bad, Im happy that I got the strongest battlegrounds egg, and got some others like all combat warriors eggs, the swordfighting wings and car crushers engine backpack. I will probably just use the egg and the wings, rest of the ugc is pretty mediocre anyway. Great video, have an amazing day!

I suppose for 80% games, people who aiming at the hunt event will be like 90% or even higher, and among such games, 50% games dev do not consider these new players in the way that it would be quite simple for pros but difficult for new players. Maybe not that difficult but the time it takes will make most of players complain about it.

Some games like taking care of a baby, made me lose not only some sanity but also some of my neurons and I do agree with the time loss such as the snowboard and oby in a bike. Although I must say that some rp games or cooking ones or even the chest digging made me take some time to enjoy their games and have a moment of peace while I was tired or insane so far because of the other crappy games. I do agree too that piggy, minigame battles, doors, combat warriors, etc, did a great job but I really regret playing female games. Ugh man... some of my masculinity went out with them... Imo some games took their opportunity and made them a hunt challenge but other games were like a premium payout cash grab, at least its the closest thing to an egg hunt we’ll get.

I got all 100 badges yesterday because I went on a church trip for like 4 days. The event was miserable, but at least we had some type of community event. Hopefully Roblox can learn from this and make their next event better.
Also, I love how you described it as a “messy mixed bag” I 100% agree. I also feel like the reason the hunt was so disappointing was because of the rewards. Pretty much none of the accessories can be worn without ruining your entire outfit. Even if you say they’re meant to be collectibles, I feel like they should have added more than 6 (free). If you look at the older egg hunts, there’s so many eggs which look way cooler than the one, dumb looking hunt egg. The big build up to the hunt egg made me have a lot of hope, but when it finally came out as an egg that sat on ur head with an ugly texture, my day was ruined.
Man I got to 95 badges and like over 90% of them were just lazy games and it took me 4 DAYS to do. The hardest one I seem I cannot get is the doors quest tho. All the ones you said in the good had the best quest and they actually put effort into them, unlike the 90% of developers just making it the least work they have to do. (Edit: I GOT TO 100 BADGES and it only took me 6 days)
i havent finished the whole event yet, ive gotten about 52 done so far, but from what ive done my favorite is doors by FAR
i was genuinely stressed while trying to get it done, i beat it relatively fast but only after watching videos cause i was so confused on the time part💀
Its really a quantity over quality situation in my opinion its not a bad idea that roblox give the chance to be some less know and small games but if they want to still doing this events it’s really necesary to do a strict quality control
We were all anticipating "The Hunt" to bring back the excitement of true hunting experiences. Remember when you actually had to track down your prey? Yet, it seems most developers have fallen short, delivering games that lack challenge, creativity, and purposeful hunting. Completing all these games leaves me disheartened, as many are simply dull, offering little beyond mindless gameplay. With an abundance of badges, it feels like Roblox is losing its edge, descending into monotony. Sure, there were standout titles like Doors and Arsenal, but far too many fell into the trap of repetition, offering nothing new or engaging. Simulators and tycoons are particularly guilty of this, with their repetitive tasks and lack of genuine hunting experiences. It's disappointing how lackluster the hunt has become, lacking depth and excitement. Developers seem content with mediocrity, squandering the potential for something truly captivating. Why can't we return to the egg hunts of yesteryears, where collecting eggs was a thrilling adventure? Instead, we're inundated with UGCs, making it impossible for everyone to participate. It's time for a change, a return to the essence of what made the hunt special.

Break in 2 literally had an opportunity to make a new ending connected from the event, but it's just playing the game and not even hunting😕
