The real question is.... how do you find them? Lenders ... how do you get a first deal? The real question is HOW do we get the actual fixer upper meaning, we gotta auction talk to the city? ? Pay back taxes owed on property?.

So you don’t recommend getting a loan from a bank?

No because banks will check your credit score and it’ll probably go down a few points, not only that but you have to go through an income check as well. And then you’ll probably have to make repayments on the amount you borrowed, after a month, you’re not going to have time to fix the house and sell it, but with the lenders, they’ll give you a year or even up to five years to repair the house and then after that you have to start paying them back. you just have to know the value of the house after repairing and also how much you’ll need for the house to be repaired. You have to do your research before you ask the private lenders for money. You also should guarantee them that you’ll pay the money back. They’re most likely gonna give you the loan !
