I’m having a ROUGH time at home with my 3 boys, 4 if you count my husband & my mother in law. OMG, some days I want to run away, but there’s literally nowhere to go. My anxiety is through the ROOF & panic attacks ensue every time I have to go to the store for something. Which is maybe once a week. It doesn’t help that I’m in Michigan, only 5miles away from the “hottest spot” for this virus, in our county. Which is only 20mins from Detroit. I’m struggling BAD.

It may sound like a weird suggestion but go outside, take a walk, go to the park, . It doesn’t require you to be in contact with strangers. Outdoor activities are all we have at this point. (Im not far from Detroit either)
