Amazing work by all but special shout-out to Adam! God damn, dude, you almost made me cry with that opening interaction with Petr's mother. Top quality RP. Love this one-on-one format and would be very keen to see more of it.
Time Stamps: 0:00 Intro 1:15 Boleznena's Story w/ Ian 26:18 Hella's Story w/ Cori 49:51 Petr's Story w/ Adam 1:51:31 Sword's Story w/ Serge 2:24:34 Outro
Dang! These are all great. * Boleznena's story does a great job at expanding on the themes of memory and identity that were only mentioned briefly in the main campaign. * Hela's story has /fantastic/ imagery, and makes me wonder at the mechanics of the flood. * Petr's story is just brilliant, and I think Adam did an amazing job at talking through his character choices and giving him a feeling of agency. "Your magic is how the world heals itself" is a beautiful, tragic contrast to "I want to use so much magic I can never cast a spell again." * Sword is a magical girl, and that's wonderful.
So Cam has been quite open about this idea that the Mechanics of D&D formed the storytelling and world of Etin. The Crucible ceremony seems like an answer to the problem of 'Why don't elves and half elves have more class levels'
The theme music for the world of Etin evokes such a truly powerful amount of excitement in me. It tells me I am about to discover more about this wonderful world.
"And you never see Tamsen again" hit me like a punch to the gut. There are lots of ways that can be interpreted, and all of them are profoundly sad.

"The rest is just a swordfight" hot damn that double-meaning was the perfect note to end on.

These are great. Realy enjoyed how Cam displayed his own world with these four characters.
I would give a lot for more stories in this setting and even better with these specific characters. Fantastic work, Cam and players.
I thought this was going to be a second campaign! Now I want to rewatch them again.
Ooh yes! Was wondering when/if we'd get to see it

Thanks so much for doing these, I loved the extra backstory for everyone!
2:00:18, sometimes you roll the dice, and sometimes the dice roll you. XD. Serge is such a good sport.
I can’t wait to watch this! Just gotta schedule it into my schedule
These are really rather beautiful.
I always wondered if that was a scar or paint on Petr's face. Now I know.
oh it's paint
O.o He had his face ripped open by a magic owl. It's a scar.
Cam this was awesome.
Woho! Didn't expect this! Just great, reminds me of my own one on one RPs I have run. Though I'm not half the Role Player or GM of Cam.
i loved sword's and petr's backstories
this was fun backstory, but I wish it was released closer to the gameplay, I've already forgotten these characters a bit.
Awesome.
Wow.
