A day after a US fighter jet was downed in the Red Sea, allegedly by Houthi rebels, a report has claimed that the Navy nearly downed another one of its jets when a missile narrowly missed the jet by a mere 100 feet. US had earlier claimed that its warship had shot down the jet in a case of "friendly fire".
