As you can see this is an audtion of the band Foundation in front of Jack Ruby (Jamaican Reggae Producer) in Kingston in 1983.
Song seems to be called "Struggling Youth" at that time, it was never released as is, but lead singer Keith Douglas recorded it as "Barrier" in 2018. Produced by Looking East Records, here is the link to the song.

- Errol "Keith" Douglas
- Everton "Ipal" Thomas
Through my reseach, I understood Emilio Smiley is the only one who is still alive from the band. Keith Douglas died in January 2024 and Everton Thomas in 2001.
