I def see value in many different techniques Mastro demos here BUT his example of how ppl do certain techniques isn't accurrate. Avoiding takedown move both legs = wrestling 101, but you dont do it this way. Also, most ppl will punch/kick before closing the distance so simply stepping back isn't going to go down how he's explaining either. Still some good tech here, not dissing it but just know that mixing the tried n true styles is best
He may be good but why does he have to slander dojos and their basic genre by showing comic moves which look annoying . Maestro , master , shihan , shifu all comes from the deep rooted master students culture of traditional martial arts. greatness is in giving respect to to others , especially those in similar domain.

I mean, by penetrating inside the enemy's defense, without a simultaneous counterattack, you can get a surprise, even controlling the second hand ... I'm not criticizing. I really like your method. Thirdly, maybe those kind of exercice can serve to save your life, without hurting too much, and though without going on jail. 4th, a contribution to art and science in martial art could also worth it... Second: I can't find in these movements any wise nor noble martial art. Third: why don't they do any good action with their fighting knowledges. Helping Ucranian people to free their country.
