    如果作品容易開裂的話,可以在黏土中加入熟料土,也就是把失敗作品打碎磨成粉末進行添加
    這樣有三個優點,一是減少土坯在乾燥時收縮率不平均導致坯體產生裂痕,二是增加坯體在燒製時的熱衝擊抗性,減少坯體在窯燒時因快速升溫導致受熱不均產生爆裂,三是減少坯體燒製完成時,窯溫下降太快導致坯體收縮率不平均而爆裂
    但是缺點則是如果添加比例太多,容易造成黏土自身黏著性不足,導致塑型困難,一般來說添加比例大約為5%~10%之間,具體要看土質黏性,像是高嶺土之類土質細膩但是黏性不高的就不能添加太多

      I am potter so i understand how heart breaking it was! But also learning each time. I wish you could joint all the broken ceramic pieces and sell it or use it somehow! theres multiple way to joint it together.

    The best part honestly was watching all those steps of failure. I've made wild clay pottery so I know how hard it is! Your problems was probably combination of the drying and shrinking process of the clay (in the future adding sand, clipped hair or baked clay dust helps a lot!). And Letting them air dry for a LONGER time than you expect. thank you for not just showing the success! This is part of art!

    I'm a professional sculptor and working with wild clay like that and firing in such a primitive furnace where the heat is so uneven and hard to regulate will result in a whole buncha cracks like that. Considering the circumstances you work with this was extremely successful

    辛苦了。
    燒製時,燒製環境的火侯跟濕度不好控制,如果是用現代方法燒製,我想成功率至少也會拉到七成以上,不過是用古人的方式燒製,並不像現代科技能掌握,燒製的設備跟環境也稍微簡陋,能燒出一個漂亮的,真的很不容易,過程中也看得到拍攝者也有思考該如何提升成功率,真的很用心在製作影片,如果時長可以拉到20-30分鐘左右,那就更好了😂
    總之,加油!可以讓大家多學一點不小心穿越後還可以生存下來的知識😂

      河泥的取得沒有問題,整泥的手法沒問題
      我曾燒過窯,知道窯燒溫度不均勻可以造成破裂,也許可以從這個部份再想辦法,試過蛇窯嗎?
      另外,請問你塑胚後多久時間內入窯?我知道放置太乾的泥胚入窯後也容易裂,也許可以先把入窯胚體的濕度先找出來,然後掌握入窯時間
      只有百分之三十的成功率,真的很可惜

    I used to watch Li Ziqi's channel and wondered how could one have knowledge in so many things......today RUclips recommend this channel and i am still amazed by your talent, labour and determination
    Having known the story behind each piece, I would love to even have the cracked pieces...

      It may seem strange to young people, but if you look at older generations (and probably some middle-aged people) it is entirely possible to have a vast amount of knowledge about how to keep a household on your own, especially if they live away from big cities.

      In today's age it's easier! I have taught myself lots of things with RUclips books and Internet alone. Sewing, embroidery, wild clay pottery, drawing and painting, gardening, etc etc.

    Молодец! Могу ошибаться, но для лучшей стабилизации глины при обжиге в неё можно добавлять перемолотые черепки обожженой глины.

    I do a bit of woodworking and I tend to get irritated and fidgety if my pieces don't fit or turn out how I want them. I kept your video as a reminder that patience in the face of failure is an important part of beautiful art.
    Every piece you put hours of work into and had to throw away broke my heart man.

    Did you ever discover the reason for the cracking? Were the disks too thick and not dry enough when firing? Did you fire the kiln too fast? Did you need sand to allow for shrinking of the clay when in the kiln? I would love to know.

      Yes I see. And my own work it’s usually thickness or trying to quickly. I am happy that the end of the video has such a beautiful piece.

    If the first one doesn't work, keep trying until you get the one that works. this is the admiration that I see in this man. Never give up. it will work out eventually and to be honest I felt for him seeing all the broken ones, but I'm glad he showed that it doesn't always work. most people would've just shown the one that did and never all the broken attempts before it. Thank you for being honest with this and showing that it just takes patients to reach your goal.
