As far as I could remember, the melody instruments as a "guide" to help sing along are:
Pop! Goes the Weasel - Saxophone (1st half), Banjo (2nd half)
I've Been Working on the Railroad - Banjo (Verse and Pre-Chorus), Violin ("Someone's in the kitchen..."), Recorder ("Fee-fie...")
London Bridge - Recorder (1st verse), Violin (2nd and 3rd verses)
Row, Row, Row Your Boat - Recorder (1st time), Violin (2nd time)
Mary Had a Little Lamb - Organ (1st verse), Recorder (2nd and 3rd verses)
    Itsy Bitsy Spider - Saxophone
    I'm a Little Teapot - Flute
Oh, Where, Oh, Where, Has My Little Dog Gone - Organ (1st time), Flute (2nd time)
    Yankee Doodle - Flute
Old MacDonald - Trumpet (1st verse), Violin (2nd verse), Saxophone (3rd verse)
She'll Be Comin' 'Round the Mountain - Violin (1st verse), Piano (2nd verse) Recorder (1st verse), Trumpet (2nd verse)
Take Me Out to the Ballgame - Trumpet (in which this version wins over the Fridge DJ with the flute as countermelody)
Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star - Flute
Wheels on the Bus - Piano (1st verse), Recorder (2nd and 3rd verses)
Oh! Susannah - Banjo (1st verse), Recorder (2nd verse)
As I know, this section has 15 classic songs from childhood in instrumental version.

Oh, Susanna. This traditional tune is a country and upbeat song, making you feel that you are playing a banjo on your own knee. 9:57
