Tyrunt and Tyrantrum are very clearly based on the Tyrannosaurid family of dinosaurs(I'd assume this one wasnt included bc dinos are extinct). Zygarde is based off of a cobra at 50% and a wolf at 10%. Krabby is obviously a crab, while Kingler is more specific as a fiddler crab. You should totally do a series where you find the bases for every single pokemon.
The t Rex type of dinosaurs are called Theropods
I thought the krabby line was spider crabs, but that's really cool!

Your right I never thought of that, and those type of cats were worshipped in Ancient times I believe and seen to have some type of psychic abilities if I'm not mistaken
you know...after seeing this I think Pokèmon might just be animals that have evolved from our modern day animals in the distant future.

fact: gorebyss inserts its tube like mouth into its prey and drains there body fluids, after feeding on its prey, it lets it sink to the ocean for other pokemon to feed on it. So yeah sometimes a pokemon is more scarier than the animal it was inspired by :)

To me honestly Lycanroc look most Similar to Coyotes which is very similar to a wild just smaller and closely related. Just that their natural non shiny color being the brownish as it goes along with the rock typing but also resembles Coyotes
You have mentioned of venus flytrap after the Victrebel/Picher Plant, but forgot to say that it's also Carnivine.
Carnivine is based on Venus flytrap

And Girafarig is actually based on the Okapi which has a similar pattern that you see with Girafarig having the brown back side as the Okapi has a white stripped backside. Also the Okapi is considered a species that is related to the Giraffe so it makes sense a combo of a Okapi and Giraffe
Torterra also looks kinda like methuselah having an entire ecosystem on its back, and the giant torterras in detective pikachu resembles methuselah even more

The accent on the is actually meant to indicate it’s supposed to have closer to a long A sound as opposed to an e sound. I could also get into Japanese language rules (the accent is absent in said original language cause it doesn’t need to be there based on their vowel pronunciations) but I won’t. The guy in the video is saying it right by English language rules. I can’t easily write out the sound it’s originally supposed to make but it’s like a hybrid of a long a and short e.

Pikachu is directly inspired off of a Japanese Hamster-like rodent called a pika and “chu” is Japanese for Spark.

you seem to be incorrect on dreepy's inspiration in this instance. Its actually based off of an ancient anphibian called diplocalus.

The pokedex entry says gorebyss is pink,serpentine Pokémon with a long, thin mouth. This pointed mouth is used to stab prey and drain their body fluids

I recently visited Hawaii, and in the hotel there the entrance was lined with little ponds or pools of shallow water where we spotted tons of Asian Carps. My brother thought it was a slimmer version of Magikarp lol

Another one that I just realized myself not too long ago is that the Legendary Pokemon Giratina, (mainly Altered form) is loosely based on one of the largest land animals that once roamed the plant millions of years ago. Not just any Sauropod but a specific species of Sauropod that their fossils were found in Argentina, thus named "Argentinosaur". Sound kinda familiar? Giratina, Argentina? Yes I also know there is Amoura and Amourus but they are just based on Sauropods in general not a specific one or might just be Brotosaurus which is smaller than Argentinosaur. Also in particular Argentinosaur had oddly thicker necks than other Sauropods, a physical trait in Giratina

I you see that blue thing that looks like kyogre, DO NOT TOUCH IT!! IT IS EXTREMELY VENOMOUS/POISONOUS (I can’t remember if it injects or secretes the venom).

Chimchar Line being based off of monkey Kung fu
The piplup being based off of penguins (and also eiscue)
Tentacool line being based off of squids
pidgey line based off of pigeons
the Ekans line being based off of snakes/vipers (also seviper and the sandaconda line)
Durant having a body of a ant
eggzecute being based off of eggs
bell sprout being based off of peashooter (from pvz1/2)
Rhydon line being based off of rhinos
And the gen 1 starters being based on frogs/toads , salamanders , and turtles (well , squirtle line)
