My daughter, who is 12, has struggled this last year with getting ready for middle school. Having too many choices can be overwhelming. She watched this video with me, and we are going to create a binder of her outfits for 7th grade with the goal of making mornings less chaotic.❤ Thank you for the idea! Continued prayers.

Love your closet just did mine. I just started a little give back to help seniors 55 and over. Decluttering/organization Free program. My husband ordered cards for me. I already have 3 clients. 61, 86, and 91. I feel so good about this❤️

You know Patricia, until this moment, it never crossed my mind. I guess I am just so used to hangers being plastic that that little detail slipped. Definitely something to look into. At least they weren't expensive. Ha!
I love your wardrobe organization! As a teacher, I hated spending time figuring out what to wear each day that would be appropriate as a professional (and a 1st-2nd grade teacher!) I came up with a outfit schedule that lasted 3 weeks before it circulated back to the first week. I had a Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter schedule. I loved it! It was fun to update it each year as well. So glad you are feeling better and pray that you continue to get stronger.

Hi Melissa! so happy to see you looking so good and pain free! You and I are switching places because on July 1st,I will be having knee surgery. I will not be able to do much including driving for 6 weeks. Thank you again for all those pre surgery videos because it seriously helped me get the house organized and stocked up for surgery. I hope you have alot of videos coming up because I will need them to get me through recovery when I can not clean the house.

So happy to hear from you, Melissa. I’ve been watching all of your videos back to back and you look great. We finally got most of our pantry switched over to glass and I’ve also got wide mouth jars with lids for like canning but we store different things in them as well. My kiddos don’t use plastic cups anymore, I’ve gotten them stainless steel cups from Amazon or they drink out of glass cups. Personal choice, I’m not going to get into the whole reason why. God is amazing. 🙏🙌

Thanks for the closet inspiration! I’m wanting to makeover my closet soon. Here is a thought though on the glass containers as far as cereal goes just my opinion: maybe more important to examine what’s in your cereal ( is it healthy?) rather what container your cereal is in. I love using all glass containers too. Stuff stays fresher and glass is not toxic like plastic.

Where do you find the inspiration photos for your capsule wardrobe book. You look fantastic and hope that your recovery journey is going well
I always have ideas of what I want to do and from there I just go to Pinterest of Google. Type in 'Summer outfits with white pants and blue shirt", or just white pants or just blue shirt. Then at the top click on images and it will show you photos based on what you searched for.

Welcome!! I find the pictures on Goole or Pinterest based on ideas that I already have in my head (i.e. color, style, etc...) I then have them printed off at Office Depot on 32 weight paper.

Welcome!! I use Canva. There is a free version as well as a paid option.
If plastic storage containers are BPA free, they’re safe. Unless other info has recently come out about that. Also, be careful that nonstick cookware doesn’t contain carcinogenic chemicals. And stay away from personal products like shampoo/conditioner, creams, lotions, etc. that contain parabens. There have also been studies done on soy products mimicking estrogen. As a breast cancer survivor, praise God, I stay away from those things, even though mine was e.r.-negative.

Much of mine comes from Korean products where they aren't allowed to put all of that in products per there laws. Why can't the US follow suit with Korea and Europe. Thank you so much for the tips.
