Unbelievable! Can you believe this? I've already counted nine close-calls with Grant Denyer, with this game. I really do hope he's feeling all right, by these intense close-calls, this first season with him as host. If there's a tenth one, in which I feel there might be, then I'll be darned for sure.
Yes, but I'm afraid he's a part of the nine contestants who have made close-calls before taking home a great deal of money, from the board, this first season of the Denyer era. I think he's speechless, to say the least.
Shain did the right thing of taking the deal despite having the big jackpot in his case. Going home with $75 is no fun, and I've seen tons of examples of GREED MAKES YOU BLEED indeed!
I would have chickened out too. The Banker wasn't lowballing too hard in that situation. 94.48% of fair value is a pretty high percentage. If the banker tried to push below $40,000 I would have been much more likely to go all the way.
@jx9936 I’ve seen a couple of shows in the series, where a woman had the top prize, and takes the deal at the right time, and nearly left the game with $2,500, and won over $30,000, and another woman who had it down to the top prize and $5, and said NO DEAL to a cheap offer of nearly $20,000, and just won $5. It’s one thing to believe that greed makes you bleed, for sure, but then again, there have been a couple of times where I’m really feeling for Grant Denyer now, since this game ended up as the ninth close-call, with his first season as the host.
This was amazing ⭐
For many people, a loved one surviving a low chance survival situation with flying colors is worth more than winning the lottery!
