I noticed of my "abnormally" skinned dolls, most of them lean to the blue side. It's my favorite color tho, so it makes sense I guess! The wet wipes are great if you don't have a lot of scrap stretchy fabric laying around. Honestly my kids toss em on the floor as soon as they dry even a little and I just collect them to make wigs from. It works pretty much exactly like making a cap with cloth too.
Here’s a tip for sewing lace on machine, use two sheets of paper, sew with a straight stitch with the lace between the paper. Never use zig zag, you will hate yourself when you take the paper off. With the straight stitch it perforates the paper and you can just tear it away.

If you pin your lase & other delicate fabrics & small items to a piece of construction paper or just slightly stiffer paper of any kind you can have better control & grip as well as preventing said "eating" of item by your sewing machine. And you can just gently tear the paper away from the piece when your done... I hope this helps you or anyone who sees this. & you are an amazing artist thank you for sharing your talent with us. I hope everyone has a lovely day or night... lol

@@BlurredColors I've never thought of it but it seems to be ok on the needles as long as it's just basic school type construction paper & it tears more cleanly along the thread line. It reminds me of serrated pages on coloring books back in the day...lol...
