Ngl I’m kinda greatful for the story better late than never! I mean I agree it’s a boring story, but the title itself is a saying I took to heart. This definitely should have been the Season 2 opener. This was a better showcase of the more dynamic action the season had to offer than Thomas, Percy and the Coal.
To be fair, while I do agree that episode was a rather weak introduction to the season, Daisy appears in this adaption and it would throw off continuity with her presence.
@@LittleJerryFan92 - That's fair. Daisy didn't appear in the original version of "Stop, Thief!" in 1983, so an adaptation as the Series 2 premiere would have worked just fine without her.
