The Making of the Caribe Royale Express

In 2021, our pastry team hand-crafted the Caribe Royale North Pole Express completely out of chocolate, marking the beginning of a new holiday tradition at Caribe Royale Orlando.
Some festive fun facts:
• The Caribe Royale North Pole Express is 32 feet long
• It took 2 people approximately 1,000 hours to complete the train
• It is made out of 1,600 pounds of chocolate
• There are almost 4 million calories in 1,600 pounds of chocolate
