My husband said he's in the mood to watch Antiques or Comedy... I told him, well, they got a bit of both! Hubby said, "you got me there"! Heck, and I love cooking. Win, win! Love your show!
Sir THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHOWING RESPECT TO MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS THAT ARE AND?HAVE SERVED TO DEFEND THIS GREAT COUNTRY. From a army medic that Served 12 years again thank you Sir.
I like the apron. You always outdo yourself my friend. Also it is a honor to have you come down to the ranch sometime and for us to cook for you and for us to do some fishing and hunting and sitting around the campfire and just catching up some old Good Times on God's great country we have you guys that we get to share it with
Hey Shannon & Kent! I'm glad you call it an icebox like I still do! That's all my folks ever called it! I was raised at Cookietown, OK (ju N of the Red River).. We love you both! Prayin' for back healin', Kent!! GOD BLESS YA'LL GREATLY!! 🙏🫂♥️👋
After meeting Kent and Shannon in Lebanon, MO. last year at Wagons for Warriors, we have tried several dishes from videos and from the "Comfort Food the Cowboy Way" cookbook. These cackleberry bites are delicious, especially with my Mom's sausage gravy. Thank you Mr. Kent & Miss Shannon for your time and talents. Blessings to all.
I am late to arrive at your channel ! I absolutely love your videos ! Thank you so much for sharing your recipes, your stories and your faith ! God Bless you both, and your family ! 😊
Converting strangers to life long friends a video at a time... You are amazing in so many ways.... May you be blessed and protected everyday by the angels above.... WE ALL LOVE YOU KENT AND SHANN.... AND YES WE LOVE THE PUPS TOO..... :)
Thank you Kent and Shannon for taking the time to do a live video. I myself am a HUGE fan of eggs, so these would be right up my alley, so I plan on making these soon. Sending love from Southeast Missouri (the Bootheel).
Miracle Whip is the only way for this home. Can't beat the good taste of Heinze. We tried Hellman's and Duke's. They do not measure up for us. My mother was always a mayo fan and did not like Miracle whip..........But I was lucky to have found MW when I had my own place. :-)
Hellmans and Best Foods are the same horse just on different banks of the same river. As kids we would argue with the cousins about mayo and Miracle Whip, MW is not mayo and never will be, it’s salad dressing and nothing natural about it. IMHO
Lots of love from South Dakota!! Special prayers for healing, rain and travel mercies... Good luck with the new book! Thank you for all the recipes, stories, dances, puppy love & giggles. May the Good Lord guide and watch over you and yours. HUGS🤗💝🙏
You go where the big crowds are at. Am in a very small town of 550 people. The closes large town is Spokane, WA. Two hours to north of my home in Washington state. But I do watch you videos. Thank you.
Hello from Montgomery Alabama! I've retired and started cookin' at breakfast. I'm watchin' to learn about cowboy cookin. I can smell the goodness through the videos. Thank you!
i came across you browsing youtube and i was blown away to see a real cowboy throwing down some good old southern comfort food been watching ever since. i really do appreicate you Shannon I'm supposeing to loose weight i don't think i can your food be looking awesome.....God bless you nd your family
I've just caught this video last evening. Thank you both for all the beautiful work you put into each video and book, and sharing recipes and hugs with all of us! 🤗
Mr. Kent.... I make your egg bites every time the family is getting ready for a day long hike. They love this recipe to the point where it's the first question they ask me - "Pop, did ya make Cowboy Kents egg bites"....MMMm good!! thank you sir!!!
I also cook breakfast for my wife. It used to on weekends for family but since I retired it is most days. I will definitely cook these for the grands. I will have to add a bit of hatch chile. Watching from Eagle River, AK.
Right at the 6:05 mark you said, "when we had our coffee shop". Do you no longer have that? That was on my bucket list. Really. I dreamed of going to Wellington some day to go to the shop and to attend one or two of your cooking events.
Between 3-4 cst works well. That way, all of us on the west coast, are done with church and lunch. Thank you for how wonderful this recipe sounds. Will get the recipe and make them for my beloved husband soon. If you are not allergic to bees, bee pollen is a Wonderful immune system builder. Thank you both for a great video.
Great recipe! Love the idea of adding mayo. Never tried it with my egg bites but I'm gonna have to now! I wanted to pass along some tips and tricks i've found: Filling a casserole dish with about an inch of water on the bottom rack can make a pseudo sous vide that helps them cook through more evenly. Just put it in there during the pre-heat phase so it can start building steam in the oven. Also, using this sous vide trick at 300° F instead of 350° F for 28 minutes then turning the oven off and letting them sit for another 2 minutes seems to create less of an inflation issue. Again, Thanks for the recipe!
Love your videos I visited with you in Ten Sleep WY this past Sunday. Thank you for visiting the great state of WOMING, I'm going through your new cookbook as I watch this video
Nothing beats Dukes Mayonnaise for cooking a nd eating in a sandwich. Heck just getting a spoon straight out of the jar to eat, I l love Dukes Mayonnaise anyway I can get it
Very nice twist to the usual bacon and eggs. I do not have one of those fancy smancy doo wop muffin containers so I would have to opt to put it all in one baking dish. Thank you!
Prayers going for rain in Oklahoma. Thank You Kent and Shannon for the great video. I eat eggs also breakfast, lunch and supper. Gonna have to try this one. Sounds delicious. God Bless You and Shannon.
I'll watch no matter where your at,but you look as though you feel a little outta place in an indoor kitchen, and being a single man definitely gotta try egg bites...Thanks A Bushel
Well, I couldn’t wait for the Amazon to show up with a new silicone muffin tray. But one is a coming! I only had 6 Cackleberries, but whoowe! These things turned out delicious! I did forget to add pepper and salt but nothing some salsa and hot sauce couldn’t remedy, it did! That’s again Mr. & Mrs. Rollins for all you do. My Father was an Infantry Cook in Vietnam. I didn’t think I inherited my family’s cooking gene. But I’ll tell you what… you are making a cook out of me, my boys will testify. God bless !
Hi Kent, We enjoy your videos so much and I've picked up some helpful tips. Recently, someone asked how to replace eggs in this dish. Our nephew needs an epi-pen for his egg allergy so when I found Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacement I reached out to his mom to see if this might be an acceptable alternative. It's made with Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Baking Soda, and Psyllium Husk.
Heck can't when is you and Miss Sharon going to be able to come down here to Baltimore City you know there's some country folk here with migraines and down here and just stay or should I stay up here I'd sure love to come see y'all in person thank you so much Gail .

Howdy Kent, My wifes three favorite are the same as Shannon's burnt hotdog , Pizza , and Mac and Cheese. I just had to laugh when you listed them off. Thank you two for all your work .
That recipe looks mighty good as they all do. I'm definitely going to try this one to. My daddy and my grandpa called eggs cackle berries and I grew up calling them that to. Thank you and Shan for all yall do. We're in a drought here in West Texas, uugghhh. I been praying for rain. I'll see yall on the next one, have a great and blessed night .
My dad called whipped cream, calves slobber. Now I do. I guess I’m old enough to call it whatever I want to. Just don’t call me an old fart. That’s not true at all. I produce them fresh every day. 😊
Outstanding recipe and presentation once again Kent and Shannon! Wish we could get up to Kidron this year but a move put us about 2 1/2 hours away now. Maybe! We’ll leave it in God’s hands and see what happens. My wife is just waiting on the mailman to bring that new cookbook! She’s really excited to try your new recipes. God bless you both. And may God bring rain to Oklahoma!
I am a star wars fan. I was watching it at 7 years old when it was first at the movies. Kent? You make me think of yoda! And I Watched you on that bbq food network special when you won.
