    Lachaydar Kabab Gravy :
    Ingredients
    Beef (Undercut) ½ kg
    Yogurt ¾ cup
    Papaya paste 1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
    Oil ¼ cup
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
    All spice powder ½ tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Onion paste 2 tbsp
    Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
    Roasted poppy seed powder 1 tbsp
    Coconut milk ½ cup
    Method:
    In a mixing bowl marinate all the above ingredients with undercut for at least an hour.
    Take a wok pour 1/4 cup of oil and add marinated beef into it.
    cook until it become tender and oil comes up.
    Give coal smoke to it.
    Garnish with onion rings and mint leaves.
    Served with poori paratha or chapati.
    Chocolate Sheer khurma :
    Ingredients
    Roasted crushed Vermicelli 1 cup
    Milk 1 liter
    Sugar 1 cup
    Dry milk powder ½ cup
    Chocolate chip 4 tbsp
    Green cardamom 4 medium
    Chocolate shavers for garnishing
    Method:
    In a saucepan boil milk with sugar and cardamom till become little thick and change the colour.
    Add crushed vermicelli and cook for few minutes till it becomes tender remove from the fire and bring it to room temperature.
    keep it in the fridge to chill
    Now add chocolate chips mix well and finally add dry milk powder with spoon by spoon don’t mix it just keep it with distance on the dish. Again, keep in the fridge for some time.
    Garnish with chocolate shavers and served chilled.
    Hot Shot Bites :
    Ingredients:
    For chicken:
    Chicken boneless 250 gm
    Chicken tikka masala 1tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
    Lemon juice/ vinegar 1 tsp
    Oil 2tbsp
    Ingredients for puri
    White Flour 1/2 kg
    Salt 1 tsp
    Sugar 1 tbsp
    Clarified butter 4 tbsp
    Milk ½ cup
    Lukewarm water as required
    Method:
    Mix all chicken ingredients marinate for 30 minutes.
    Cook on medium flame till tender and oil dries.
    Give coal smoke and keep it aside.
    In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients accept water now add water as per requirement and knead the dough, leave it for 30 minutes.
    Spread the dough with rolling pin and cut circles with cutter or any glass.
    Deep fry small purees
    Now in the center of the puree keep chicken bite fold puree and hold with the toothpick.
    Serve hot with ketchup
