Look i was a fan of Joshua's. I still feel he has done a lot for the heavyweight division and boxing in general. I think he should also be credited with being the only one of the so called heavyweight 3 kings that was actually ready and willing to put his belts on the line and fight opponents instead of just holding onto the belts and only fighting when absolutely forced to. Many of these popular boxers around would not have a name for themselves without association with Anthony Joshua, if you have common sense you would see thats true.
That being said I 100% BLAME ANTHONY JOSHUA for this loss. I said multiple times leading up to this fight AJ SHOULD EXPECT DUBOIS TO RUSH HIM AND EXPECT DUBOIS TO FIGHT DIRTY. If I, some guy on his phone, could predict exactly what Dubois would do, then both AJ and Ben Davdison should have predicted it and prepared for it. AJ is the 2× heavyweight champ. Even with bad advice, he still should have been able to figure it out in there and make adjustments on his own. He also hired Ben Davidson to start with, which I originally thought was a bad idea because of Davidson's association with Fury. Nope AJ needs to own this loss, he has no one to blame but himself and possibly a roided up Dubois, but thats a different conversation.

The fighter's life/health is paramount. The standing 8 count gives the ref time to assess the condition of the individual's ability to carry on.
