My Family Abandoned Me Because My Sister Blamed Me For Her Divorce. I Ruined Her Life Years Later With An Email That Revealed Everything.
    --------
Seven years ago, the author (29M) was kicked out of his family home after being wrongfully blamed for his sister Hannah's (37F) divorce. Hannah had accused her then-husband Pete (39M) of cheating on her with Emily, a mutual friend of the author. The affair allegedly started after the author introduced Emily to Pete. Despite having no evidence, Hannah convinced their parents to take her side, and the author was blamed for introducing Emily to Pete. He was forced to leave home without any support or means to defend himself.
Hannah's accusations and their parents' favoritism devastated the author. Cut off from his family and labeled the cause of his sister's divorce, he was left homeless and abandoned. Desperate for answers, the author sought out Emily, who denied any involvement with Pete. Emily revealed that she had only met Pete professionally and was in a committed relationship at the time. Despite this, the author couldn't prove his innocence, and his family refused to hear him out, fully siding with Hannah.
Years passed, and the author moved on with his life, finding success and eventually getting engaged to his fiancée, Liza. His life took an unexpected turn when Pete reached out to him after seeing his engagement post on Facebook. Pete sent an email, explaining that it was actually Hannah who had been unfaithful during their marriage. Hannah had been cheating on Pete with one of the author’s friends, Frank. Pete shared emails between Hannah and Frank that revealed their affair and how they had manipulated Pete into believing her lies. Armed with this evidence, the author realized the truth: Hannah had lied about everything.
The author, alongside Pete, confronted his family with the evidence. Pete revealed to the parents that Hannah had cheated on him, not the other way around. They also showed proof of Hannah’s deceit. When confronted, Hannah tried to lie her way out but was caught. In the end, their father kicked Hannah out of the house, just as she had convinced them to do to the author years before. This act of karmic justice gave the author some closure, as Hannah now faced the consequences of her actions.
In the aftermath, Hannah repeatedly tried to contact the author, seeking sympathy and reconciliation. She even showed up at his house and caused disturbances, but the author refused to forgive her. His parents, too, attempted to reconnect with him after realizing their mistake, but the author was unmoved. He saw through their sudden change of heart and rejected their attempts at reconciliation. Ultimately, the author cut off all ties with his family, finding peace with his fiancée and leaving behind the toxic relationships that had once ruined his life.
