I think that the jungle village should be in Minecraft there are a ton of jungle villages but yours is the best out there in my opinion this is the first of your videos and I love this channel also this is jamse and you are really good at making houses

One, every video you make is a story, you need to use the structure of one, and a very important part of a story is showing a problem. If you watch other Minecraft RUclipsrs who do big builds they'll talk a lot about how big the project there doing is an how long its going to take and how many block and so on. This builds suspense of "Will they be able to do it" and so one. Two, you have a good voice but you just talk really fast all the time, speed up, slow down, emphasis important things, will keep people more engaged.. Rember you have less than a minute to get your audience to want to stay the whole video, so use it well.
Just to add to this, a good structure for a intro, to a video like this is. Firstly establish a problem, in this case, Minecraft villages need improving. Give a solution, in this case that you going to build what they should look like, and finally, establish a problem to getting to this solution, again in this case, its going to take a lot of time and resources.
