no bro, everything is normal, if you see skill 3 it's because it has 2 modes and skill 3 has different cooldowns so you can use it twice if you change mode

no bro, everything is normal, if you see skill 3 it's because it has 2 modes and skill 3 has different cooldowns so you can use it twice if you change mode
