I just found a similar one, a DBPower CHY-09, which is a very cute player and seems mostly the same as the others from the same brand, but it doesn't have the secondary USB port (but it does still say 'game' over the area where that would have been... maybe it's still inside but covered by plastic?) or the 'phone' port that you mentioned. I tried loading .NES files onto it but they wouldn't play. I don't mind that but it's a bummer seeing all these videos showing the previous models that would play NES games (which I'd frigging love and never expected a DVD player to do it). The one real complaint I have about it is that I can't make the screen do 4:3 format, it just stretches squareframe video out to 16:9, unless I plug it into an outboard TV and then the menu controls will affect THAT output. Pretty irritating since I watch a lot of TV from the '70s and '80s. Can't quite enjoy my Night Court discs as much like that.
Can you please help me reset my portable dvd player for my 8 yr olds who desperately want to watch this player that I accidentally forgot the password for

Forest of buttons on the remote!
I want to get one of that SIr. and I think it can use too as a TV and can add some TV Box accessories for much better TV network connection
