Hi Belinda! The lovely Gayna of Tales From Cuckoo Land said we should give you a watch, so I did! Well done on your first podcast. I'm so impressed with your Ranunculus and I love that blanket. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate more info on how you made it (your first tutorial maybe?!). I'm relatively new to crochet and not confident enough to just wing it. Gorgeous yarn you bought, and thanks for the recommendation of the Grace yarn, I'm going to look that up. Look forward to the next one x
Thank you so much for watching. I am still relatively new to crochet, so don’t think I'm yet confident enough to put out a tutorial, but l'm happy for you to message me if I can help more, and I will try and figure out how to put some more information in my notes below. I hope I get better at this.🙈 X
Hi Belinda, congratulations on your first vlog, hope you carry on, I too subscribe to all the lovely ladies you mentioned and I’m really enjoying vlogtober. Your ranunculus and blanket are both gorgeous I am also a visual learner, I love Daisy Farm Crafts for their fabulous RUclips tutorials for crocheting and will make a note of the ranunculus tutorials, yet to try that one. Look forward to your next vlog🥰
They do fantastic crochet blankets and all the patterns are free and on their website with video links, I learned to crochet with the help of their videos, you have to take into consideration they are based in the US so they use American crochet terms x
My husband suggested that blanket some years ago because of my love of EB but I’m sure there must be something similar if you search for it, give me a shout if I can help to get you started 😘
Wonderful podcast Belinda! Your voice is so soothing. I’m a Cuckoo land subscriber too. I would love to see you continue on this journey😊. Your sweater is beautiful. Well done!

Hello Belinda, lovely to meet you, loved your video. I came here from Gayna's channel. Your ranunculus is lovely and will be a much worn handy garment and loved the polka dot crochet blanket. Wonderful yarn haul. Have you seen Sandra of Cherryhearts podcast latest crochet blanket she is making. It would suit mini skeins really well. It's beautiful. Look forward to seeing you again. Take care, hugs
What a lovely, lovely vlog! I'm really looking forward to watching you regularly 💛 That's impressive collection of lovely knits you already have! When I was in the UK this summer, I bought a ball of Head over Heels yarn and the result was like magic. I knit a pair of socks for my husband, and he loved it so much that I ordered several more balls in other colours. So I hope you'll enjoy knitting on that as much as I did, and can't wait to see the result! See you soon!
Oh Belinda, I'm so happy that you've taken the plunge and recorded your very first video. You're such a natural and you've definitely brightened my day (I've taken a break from work and watched you whilst having my cup of tea). I'm a visual learner too, I do think there's more people like us than you think. I absolutely love that polka dot blanket and your jumper is beautiful. I do love the Emma Bridgewater polka dot range. Our kitchen is being replaced next year (it's 18 years old so needs it) and I wanted to buy a few pieces to "dot" about in my new kitchen. I love your Yarndale haul and I do wish if you would have grabbed me and said hello, we should definitely meet up next year for a coffee. Have a lovely day and hope to see you soon xxx
Thank you for your kind words and for your encouragement 😁. I’m definitely not passing up a coffee with you next year, can’t wait to see the kitchen transformation 😘

Such a lovely Ranunculus! I think that yarn from The Yarny Octopus would make a beautiful shawl. Thanks for sharing... looking forward to more podcasts.
I may have started a shawl 😀. Thank you so much for watching 😘
Lovely! Gayna mentioned you so I thought I would pop over for a look 👀. I really hope you continue. ❤
Thank you 😘
Hello Belinda, a wonderful first podcast. You have a very gentle, relaxing voice and I hope you continue with this adventure. I am amazed you are a new knitter, your crafting is so good so try and have confidence. I have been an on/off knitter for many years and only now starting to knit knitwear for myself and not that perfect either! Hope to see you again. Happy crafting 🙂
Thank you so much for watching 😘
Congratulations on your first vlog and lovely ranunculus! 🎉 Your crocheted blanket/throw is gorgeous! 🧶😊❤️
Thank you 😘
I think that you are a far better crafts person than you think! All that you have shared is beautiful and I am jealous 💗. BTW, I was sent here by Gayna.😁
Thank you so much 😘
Hello Belinda, well done!!! I watch the same vlogs as you, they are all lovely lady’s! I wish you a lovely knitting journey, I knit and do crochet, cross stitch and EPP, all thanks to the very talented vloggers I follow. Looking forward to the next episode! Bye, love from Belgium, Lieve
Thank you for watching from Belgium. It’s so nice when we can share and learn from each other 😘
Hello Belinda, lovely to meet you, loved your video.
Thank you, I will go and check out Sandra’s blanket 🤗and hugs back to you 😘
Lovely video.
You are so kind, thank you 😘
What a lovely, lovely vlog!
Thank you for watching. I’m looking forward to using it and casting on another sock if I ever get to actually finishing a pair 😘

Your new autumn coloured skein would make a wonderful shawl. With love from Toronto, Canada
