I run vortex chest (overflow) with armor break vortex shoulder and vortex offhand that is primary attack speed buff with a r5 pebble. No issues with 100% uptime . Crosswind mh and offhand. New stormfury pants w 4/4 stormfury eternal. It’s a fun chainsaw build
I think this build is SUPER fun! It should be called slicing hot bread with butter... Cause it seriously melts everything! Just did Abyssal with kill streak of 569. Thanks Habonis!
Hi @habonis is it possible to tell me what gems you are using for that particular build cause you don’t say anything about the gems and I would like to know :)
The new rolling surf essence already has a.lower cooldown so you don't need windwalk as long as you have sufficient beneficial effect duration affixes.

if ur above server paragon, then xp from most sources is strifed, e.g at server paragon it is 100%, then the higher above server paragon, the lower percentage xp u gain. U can read this in your inventory tab in top left(I think)

I use Vortex instead and it's just as deadly. My beneficial cooldown percentages keep me at 100% uptime. Fun build.

I just started a tempest and man those builds are late late games, new players don't get confused just roll with what you get for now

Yeah, if you have enough beneficial effect bonuses you can use Vortex instead. I shared this way so even beginners can use it.
pvp with new rolling essence does alot of burst damage but squishy
