Oz is a hardcore killer. The storytellers don't play around, I like it. :D Flashlights vs real guns. Interesting, and creative. It's still a comic genre we talking about. But sure, it can not beat the real (blank) sound, and the real flash. It's not a Michael Mann movie after all, so I don't bother. :D

I would say that the whole fascist accusation comes from riddler exposing the falcone family to the public. With falcone owning the previous mayor of Gotham and controlling both the GCPD and the D.A with one of the corrupt GCPD officers telling Batman that falcone has been the real mayor of Gotham for decades. And with him getting rich off the renewal fund that was supposed to be for the city. With riddler using Batman to reveal all that to the public it makes sense for a label like that to be put on the family.

Also, they take time to talk about a flash gun prop they made so they wouldn't have to use real guns. That's a technical aspect, but this is supposed to be a story recap. Finally, they randomly talk about a song they decided to use.

it's not that stupid... read about some true crime stories about international mobs/drug cartels and police informants some truly incredible coincidences and narrow escapes have happened in real life it's really not that implausible... real life sometimes is stranger than fiction
the point being sophia was hiding him from everyone else cause the detective just plopped him on the doorstep and she didnt want anyone to know what shes up to. She only had 1 guy guarding the door not sure where he went though. As for how the detective managed to abduct a whole person from hospital I'm not too sure how
