I take any advice on chainsaws from Buckin. As absolutely the best l can get. The man knows his saws, the few he has LOL. Everyone have a great week an Thanksgiving.
I liked the video at vartans when you pounded in the wedges and then said this tree is mine now. I love it. make a shirt or sticker with wedges that says this tree is mine. thanks for the expertise.
I pulled it over today. Chased it with wedges. Figured a tag line opposite lean. Children in the house watching and amazed. A huge spread backwards over the house. With your help over the years. Scary but so much pride now. Thank you for the education. P.s I bought the 7310 I mentioned before and it's great. Yes,husky Stihl. But my 394xp and 372xp I set too high with a tachometer and blew them both up. Never seen you use one. Worth mentioning sometime. Also, the echo is really great. They have upped their game and the sight is far better on the echo than the 372. Also, oak poured out water. Freaked me out. But it was clear. I though it had root rot cause it was swollen at base but it did not. You often hold the chips in you hand but water is regular on many species. The color tells you. The darker water equals bad news. Might be worth a discussion on tell the difference while in the cut. Much love from NC.
Thanks Buckin, Dan from Missouri, and Vartan! Some good stuff there. I'm in the middle of reading the 2 stroke tuning bible, hoping to take some of the guess work out of all this! Have a great day everyone.
Also worth mentioning, if using a Stihl bar on a Husky saw, you will also have to open up the adjuster holes on the bar to fit the husky adjuster pin. It's a great combo though!
Great video BBR! Glad to see that you’re a man of your word to Dan. Thanks for all your tips and insight into powersaw maintenance. I find myself asking co-workers if they have “gotten the gullet today?!” 😆 one specificity replied that he knew where were reference was and recited a video of yours. Stay warm and dry my friend. Much love from Florida.
I want to thank you! Watching your videos and your positive attitude, I find myself becoming happier and more positive. Also catch myself laughing and smiling more. Thank you for your contribution to my life experience!
Buckin, i caught an old episode of axemen with you and Hogan. You guys looked great! Your a good guy, its great to learn a little more with each video i watch. Cool channel, great content.
Great video, Buckin, carrying a bad shoulder right now and had to buy in firewood for next year. Most unsatisfying! Got my son in law to come over and start all my saws, best day for a while hearing the Huskys howl. Cheers thanks for the sanity.
Your an awesome man buckin, wasn't aware of your past until a few episodes ago when I started watching you a lot. I had the same problem with alcohol for years and years, it took a very special woman to clean me up, sadly for some unknown reason she is not here beside me anymore and everyday is a fight to not go back to the old me. But love your channel, agreed 💯 percent on husky being the best!! Did I mention that I'm also a logger, and was going to come to bunyon and see if I could meet you and tinman but wasn't able to make it. But again thanks for the inspiration buckin. Dave from Ohio
God bless you Dave. Also have had struggles with alcohol. And am a tree man. Started out climbing but went to falling school and do a ton of felling now for commercial and residential land clearing. I wish you the best and I'm glad you are doing well.
I love those bear claw mufflers, I’ve been playing with a key to the bush type muffler but with more internal geometry and some fancy moves in it, if it works I’ll have to send you one, I’ve got a few videos on it
@BuckinBillyRaySmith brother, scarlett wanted to watch you on ax men, so we're all just chilling together watching season 10 fir ya😊 haha already saw your poor man's comealong trick!! Haha you rock brother
Hey Buckin Okami here doing what I can to support your awesome channel I 👍 hit the like and commented on both my accounts and I'll like as many positive comments as I can. Stay elevated ✌️❤️🌲🪓💪 love wins
Yeah, I like the sound…steady…nice muffler. I think I gotta head over to the Buckin store! Gettin colder and I need a sweatshirt…a Buckin BillyRay sweatshirt!👊🏻
Howdy mr.bucken, you guys got the best sounding saws for sure and I like that some of that great white looks so good on the best saws made the mor white the better they run!!!!????Lol,good stuff as always!! Pleasure Sierra John 😅
Buckin, it's awesome that DAN FROM MISSOURI made a pipe for you to try 👍.....can you plz explain this - if I'm using a chopping block and cutting consistent length rounds, how high should the top of the round be (in relation to knees or waist, etc) to make the most powerful strike? the most momentum when the axe strikes the wood... thank you for the inspiration to LOVE😊
Hi buckin I have decided after your inspiration I am going to build my 268xp going to document it and was wondering how I can get my hands on a BBR ram horn also going to try a design of my own and try it out and send you one over from the uk peace and love Dan
I have an old McCullough and a china piece of crap. I haven't done enough to merit buying a Husky... yet. What rule can I use when putting a longer bar on a chainsaw. Is that feasible or a dumbass question? Thanks
On one of your videos you said you help people out. I live in Ohio and I have a tree that is too much for me to tackle. My wife and I are not looking forward to winter because we are expecting to have issues with it. We’ve already had libs fall on our new suv from the tree. I took a limb down earlier this year and the Middle was rotten. I was told by my neighbor that before we bought the house a limb had fell on our garage roof and people had to come rebuild the roof
has anyone mentioned that with only 2 mounting bolts on these homemade pipes and no additional brackets or mounts like a factory muffler there is no way these pipes will stay mounted tight. the bolts are guaranteed to loosen likely causing stripped threads in the cylinder and a scored cylinder. In a professional use scenario there is no way that pipe stays on and even in an occasional use scenario i doubt it will. plus the noise of that pipe will drive you nuts after a few hours of use. i wish people would think things through before posting videos and encouraging other people to do the same thing without explaining the pitfalls.
Burning is the best thing on earth and auper addicting. A if feels good and b it lowers the bills. And for some it may be tjere only aource of heat. I need wood i got a late start but have been going at it i have many dead atanding ashes, my land has tons of oaks and hickorys. I love hickory oh thats some hot burning stuff but tends to need good season time to dry. Locust is hot too. I have always been told never burn pine but i seen a video thats a bluff that you can if its dry. Maybe a little here and there mixed in im not sure. Ill hunt the vids again.
I take any advice on chainsaws from Buckin. As absolutely the best l can get. The man knows his saws, the few he has LOL. Everyone have a great week an Thanksgiving.
Thanks for that

Nice work!! Im in Illinoise and would love 1 or 12 of those.
Sounds to me like Buckin likes your pipe.
Sounded great an I never seen him adjust his fuel/air which he's very particular about lol. Must perform well . Good job brother
Hey Dan, that's awesome that Buckin featured your pipe in this video!!
Where in Missouri are you, I'm by Ft. Leonardwood. If you're close by me I'd like to talk about one of those for my saw.
Also worth mentioning, if using a Stihl bar on a Husky saw, you will also have to open up the adjuster holes on the bar to fit the husky adjuster pin. It's a great combo though!

HEYYYYY BUCKIN !!!!!!!!!!
It’s Myyy Birthdayyyyyy !!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂✨✨✨✨✨
Hi mine super Buckin friend!!
one day i'm going to get be a cool sthil instead of a craftsman :D
Love your videos I got a husky 455 rancher is there any way I could buy a muffler mod off of you I’ve ran saws all my life and I like your set ups
Omg that is ❤noisy!!
And remember no ski jump and get the gullet!
Hey buckin. Little concerned about the Ford smoking. May be more than normal. Love the videos.
What’s the concern
It's probably just condensation burning out of the exhaust on a cool rainy day no worries !
💪
Question on the new pipe on your husky I noticed the exhaust is aimed over the chain.. is there a reason for that or does it matter?
You wood have to ask the builder . I did not design it but I will have to fab it a bit
Buckin my blue hoodie just came today it’s deadly
Awesome brother
👍😎
I think I'd be happier with that open pipe if the last section was a 30*-45* angle forward
I’m not sure I want to modify my 462c. It’s not a bad saw as stock.
That saw sounds deadly with that muffler
Ahwoooo get one 👍
Hi, I want to know part number for gas an oil caps. I have a 372xp and mine looks different from yours.
Tanks a lot
Where can I get one of these aftermarket husky mufflers??
👍
✊️
Did you sell the 67 Hi Boy
Where can I get an axe with that shape you’re using at the end??
Hey Dan where in Missouri? I’m in Kc how to get ahold of ya?
I think Jeremy is right just condensation.
Where can a guy get his hands on and older husky?

Y dose my saw want to cut on a angle even when i put on a new chain
Possibly your bar is warped?
Umm Hmm J U S T D O D A T ! N U F S A I D ! Nailed It B.R. Prayers For All Here ! ATB T God Bless
