I tried all the low carb high fat or fruititarian sort of veganism and never felt good until I just started eating meat again. I know veganism is really trending but I just want anyone who is reading this to know that you haveee to listen to your body. Some people just weren't made for veganism. Some thrive on it. So. Be intuitive and don't feel bad if someone else's diet preferences don't work for you.
