This is actually really good, the animation is very well done and i’m kind of a sucker for teamup stories. Looking forward to the final product and supporting independent animation cause after all of the news in animation recently they definitely need it.

I really can't wait for the full show, saying J.C. Thornton is a pro would be a major understatement, his work over the years has only ever improved and I've even attempted to use some of the "modern Sonic" animation models he has made, unfortunately due to software issues with both "Source Filmmaker" and "Blender" I wasn't able to do anything with them although I know the models do work and are so perfectly made you'd think they were official SEGA models... And Mr. Thornton, if you're reading this just know I've been a fan for a long time and I love the effort and work you put into things like this "First Look" video of what I think would make a great series and who knows maybe when you've made more of the show you could probably approach the likes of Netflix or another streaming service in the future!

It's always inspiring to see an artist hone their unique animation skills for years until they develop the confidence to make their own animated pilot with it! The approach to backgrounds (basically static 2D images that actually seem to blend in better with the cel-shaded characters than if the props were 3D, too), is actually an interesting time and cost-saving technique I should look into myself, considering the sheer amount of time I have to spend making props and then backgrounds LONG before I get to make characters and animate them. If this series takes off in a way that allows you to make a bit of Patreon money or something, though, I wonder if you'd consider buying 3D models off of TurboSquid or the like so that the backgrounds are actually 3D and you could have the freedom of doing sweeping, moving camera shots, which is perhaps the only real advantage 3D animation has over 2D?

Great animation and voice work, personally hope there's some music in the background for the final product cos the drone in the background is a bit too dull and noticeable for me (Fun drinking game, anytime you see huge feet take a sip xD) All joking aside this is great and I can't wait for the finished product, good job!
