I still wonder why belift doesn’t use ni-ki voice in the right way. His deep voice impacts enough to change mood of the total song like criminal love, i need u, blockbuster, blind and his rap is really good i think it can gives enha more flavor but they didn’t use it that much 😭 (i didn’t complain abt the lines but abt ni-ki voice is so precious you can’t just let it go like that!!!)
I don’t like his rap that much, even tho he rapped in just one song, the rest are only covers of other groups so I won’t count it

@@pzqwjustconnect I love his vocal tone/colour, but the only songs he raps are forget me not (is sad many people don’t know this song, because its actually the only real rap niki got) and criminal love (even tho I wont define this an actually “rap”); in blessed cursed and in the other songs he sings in a lower tone, so some people believe he is rapping, but these are not raps, and this explains why he has not a rap position in the group

How I wish everytime they produce an album, there are songs that will highlight each member's range and style. Damn, they have so much talent to offer, how I wish their producers would know how to utilize their talents vocally

I think we should not just settle for this type of line distribution if it could be BETTER. I would just like to see every member shine esp in title tracks and I believe they all deserve their shining moments.

Jake has a special vocal tone so he will get some more lines than others and Heeseung is main vocalist so he will get more lines by default.
Base on this graph and their comebacks it's obvious that Heeseung is the main vocalist because he sings the most he has adlibs and do background vocal... Jake, Sunoo and Jungwon often sings the chorus so they are the lead vocalists.. Jay can be lead vocalist too because he do some high notes and he has good vocals, but the company gave him more rap verses and it is not new in K-POP because you can be a rapper and vocalist too... Ni-Ki and Sunghoon I think the rap line because the producers gave them rap parts... But the sad part is HoonKi barely got decent lines because few of their songs has rap verses... Hoping for future comeback they have decent lines... They can utilize Ni-Ki's deep voice in ballads and Sunghoon unique tone...
And the solo stans will attack again Heeseung because he got the most lines... It is not his fault that the producer prefer his vocals in most of their songs... Jake also is punching bag in every comeback of some solo stans because he has more lines than the other members... I think the producers likes his vocal tone that's why he got decent lines...
The line distribution will never be fair... There's always a particular will dominate the line distribution and there's a particular member will be in the bottom... And the producers has a pattern on their mind who will sing the verses, chorus, bridge etc. Even though some of the groups has no official position but as time goes by it will be obvious soon base on their songs and how their song works...
Ni-ki sunghoon and Jungwon are kind of the dance line so ofc they'll have less lines

People be calling jake doesn't deserve lines this much but guess what? he has lots of lines in enhypen songs because he has nice vocal tone and suits for many b-sides chorus. He has the most lines in polraoid love, which is enhypen's most popular and most loved songs among general public who didn't know enhypen. He might be not the best with techniques, but he makes it with beautiful tone and i think the producers knows that too that's why he mostly have the most part in song after heeseung in their b-side songs.
Well I don't know abt others but i really like the vocals of heeseung and sunoo vocalsin polaroid love, and in other songs too, takes voice is good in English parts but on the other hand I don't think so

exactly, I became a fan the day I heard Jake's voice on their song BITE ME, I kept repeating his lines. His tone is the most the most satisfying for me and Heeseung too

Guys i think enhypen need to release individual member songs in their next album so each member can showcase their vocal ability. Just like how BTS did on theirs. At least we”ll get more fairer line distribution.
@@ifahjohari6266 "Memorabilia" album, there are 2 unit songs: "Teeth" (Hee, Sunoo, Jungwon, Ni-ki) and "Lucifer" (Jay, Jake, Sunghoon) These unit songs can not be perfect solution for fans w*r that often happen inside fandom. However, this is a good way for each member to have his pride as idol (not just being handsome, or just a dancer).
Actually, the main problem is about "Fear". Enhypen will end their contract in the next 3 years. Fans are afraid if Enhypen are not famous enough for Hybe to renew their contract. Or if they renew their contract, with new contract they have only -+3 years left before military enlistment. It may be difficult for the idol to enter again Kpop If he is not famous enough before military enlistment. Because of this emotional feeling, most popular members (Heeseung, Ni-ki, Sunghoon) become "target" of anger. Line distribution, most popular, most visual are sensitive topics for debate and fans w*r.
Solo song or Unit song probably is not perfect solution. However it is a good idea for Enhypen. Hatred and fans w*r perhaps still can happen in the future. But, there will be better appreciation and respect among fans.

NI-KI is an amazing dancer (yes, he's main dancer) but that doesn't mean he can't be vocal line! High note isn't only killing part / making good song. His voice is really unique, sweet, refreshing and outstanding among the members. His voice is always noticeable in any songs. To make songs unique and stand out, they should utilize NI-KI's vocal ability. I believe NI-KI's vocal is the key of Enhypen's future!
Sunghoon also has lines in the choruses
I wish that Ni Ki and SungHoon need more lines, but Jay has only recently been gaining ground, as he was often discredited in his vocal potential. Before that, he also had few lines. Therefore, today, Jay deserves to be where he is. Heeseung has always been the main voice and always will be! Ni Ki went through a vocal transition due to his age and now his voice is formed. They will certainly explore their vocal potential more, not only for rap. Sunghoon has a beautiful voice, but depending on the song, he can't really show off his vocal quality, but he did beautifully in "Lucifer".
Still, note that even if they don't have many lines, they are very prominent in the MVs. Ni Ki, he will always be the highlight in dance solos, because he is the best dancer and we all know that!! SungHoon, because of his incredible and delicate beauty, is also always highlighted in the MVs.
Let's always fight for equal lines for everyone, but even if some songs leave something to be desired, other songs make up for this flaw and value them a lot!!!

And then people complain about the parts and lines that Ni-ki does get, fml. I don't want to see a single person complain about lack of presence on songs until their bias has consistently placed the lowest in-line distribution for every comeback. They don't even showcase his talents as the main dancer as much as they should, often giving parts without lines to other members. Ni-ki has always had the least presence in the group and nobody ever says anything or trends anything about him unlike for other members. He's forgotten or straight-up maligned and I'm sick and tired of the treatment he gets from both the company and other members' solos. I'll never forget that for almost the entirety of their debut album, he was given adlibs and the slap in the face it was that they continued to do it in songs like I Need The Light, and it was crickets from the fandom. He's a member of the group too who also deserves to be showcased. He has a beautiful voice that really enriches their songs whenever it's actually utilized! I'm not saying he needs to be the center or take up the entire line distribution but this is completely unfair and unjust. I can't believe people in the comments are justifying this. If it were any other member who would consistently place so far last people would be rioting, trending hashtags, sending trucks, but because it's Ni-ki nobody gives a shit. Goes to show you how little he's protected or valued by his supposed fandom.

The realest thing I have heard all year. As much as I love all seven members, the time Sunoo got the least amount of lines in Bite Me, there was hashtags trending everywhere, like JUSTICEFORSUNOO!! Etc. Or any of the other members on that note! Support all the members for sure!! Make sure none of them are mistreated. But what I dont understand is why is it that whenever it comes to Ni-ki, no one gives a flying shit. Its so funny how they call themselves OT7 fans and dont treat all members the same. Have a bias! Thats FINE. I do too. But that doesn’t give you the right to treat the other members like they are a fucking cockroach. Its sickening, honestly.
Plus, the dance breaks he gets dont show any of his talent. In fact, its crazy how even though hes the main dancer, he never gets any of the parts that will let him show his dancing skills. Take XO for example. Yes, he got the dance break, but WTF was that dance break?! All it was was them just standing there and flipping their jacket around. Honestly, he could showcase his dancing skills better if he was a back up dancer at this point.

Belift has had its own patterns for Enhypen's line distribution. For almost 4-year debut, Sunghoon & Ni-ki have their constant positions. And akgae have their constant hatred comments everytime Sunghoon has Weverse live streaming (they keep doing it eventhough Sunghoon always gets low line distribution). If Sunghoon & Ni-ki have low line distribution, hopefully Belift still gives them chances to improve themselves outside the group. Thank you, Belift for giving "permission" to Sunghoon to have his solo brand.
Maybe because if you think outside the box you'll see that it's not always about the line distribution that makes the members attract the target audience, Sunghoon has always been the face of the group whether it may be performance or other promotional events, you'll always see him upfront. The producer chooses the member who fits the line the most, and for the sake of good music that Enhypen is known for, they'll give it to someone who really fits the line. Their distribution of lines is actually fair if you think about it, Heeseung is just ahead of them because of his adlibs, Jake because he sings and narrates most of the intros and outros. If there's a member who gets mistreated by BELIFT itself, it's between Ni-ki and Sunoo because of their lack of promotional activities, let's be real about it.

Ni-Ki sometime share center line with Heeseung because he was a main dancer, we know that Heeseung is main vocal and the center of the group while Sunghoon get many screen in Concept Comeback Film, MV, and sometime he got killing part of the song because he is the visual of the group.
In fact, I don't want to talk about Niki, I want to say that Niki still has dance time. Sunghoon got with only three lines or two lines. If it wasn't for his good looks, he's almost a back up dancer. I know Heesung is the main vocalist, but this is a 7-member group. It has to be fair. Now, Sunghoon is almost a back up dancer. Even though Sunghoon got the killing part, he didn't do more than two lines, and then he was completely a back up dancer. line distribution videos are for solo stans ig (if you see the comment section of this types of videos they're all the same). everyone! NO enhypen is not "heeseung and the others" he is literally their main vocal and center of the group (check out the video where they chose jungwon as the leader and you'll get the staff called him center) every member adds something to the group! as I said in another comment, this is not a way to think if you are a fan of A GROUP, ALL of them add their own things! heeseung is not even in my bias line but this just look like you all are jealous of he being portrayed as their main vocal and center. he is first bcs the producers love his voice and he has been showing us why he deserves that! Jake and jungwon are next cause producers love their tone of voices since it differentiates enhypen from other groups and apport a lot to enhypen's color! next are jay and sunoo cause their voices are clear and they have a good range. and lastly but not least important is sunghoon and ni-ki since they get crucial parts and appear A LOT in the center considering sunghoon is the face of their concept and ni-ki is their main dancer! Jake's voice is pretty generic and it doesn't differentiate the group from others but producers loving his voice is true. Don't get me wrong it's a nice voice but it's not unique at all. Jungwon's voice I agree

Sometimes I reckon in Enhypen, there are only 5 members, but then the producers go and mess about, making it seem like the group is "Heeseung and his four mates, sometimes six." Are the other members just a bit of a joke to producers? This whole line distribution thing is all over the place… and it's been dragging on for ages. Heeseung is good at singing, he is an ace, but is it fair when it's a seven-member group? Those other six members have fans too, and they wanna hear their fave voice more than once in a song. Has he started his solo career or am I missing something? Did the other members not fit the songs? If they did, why compose them that way? Why does Jungwon keep getting fewer lines in every comeback? Can producers give Sunoo at least one important part in a song? Sunghoon, hopefully one day you'll be in a drama where you can sing some songs or cover songs you're into. I'm hoping Ni-ki and Sunghoon will drop a mixtape like RM, Suga, Hobi or solo tracks like Tae, JM, JK, and Jin. Niki hope u gonna get more opportunities as Artist of the Month. I am sure it'll happen before the producers finally give you more lines!

yes you are! this is not a way to think if you are a fan of A GROUP, every of them add their own things. notice how u want jungwon to get more lines when he is 3rd but also more for the others under him likeee it doesn't makes sense! heeseung is not even in my bias line but this just look like you all are jealous of he being portrayed as their main vocal and center. he is first bcs the producers love his voice and he has been showing us why he deserves that! The line distribution is SO SO unfair. It's disgusting at this point. The producers favoritism towards heeseung is a devil's work. After 7 years, usually agency will make solo album or sub unit single for some members, before their military enlistment. It seems Belift is preparing Hyung line to have solo career, and Belift gives more focus to Hee. Will Hee be "the next Jungkook"? I'm not sure. Even I doubt it now, because Belift has made this unappropiate strategy for years.
Just imagine if Hee has solo album/single right now. Can he success? I don't think so. Before general public recognize his song, Engene fandom must hype the song first. First, Heeseung has very good technique in vocal, but jazz genre with bright concept doesn't suit on him. Hee looks stunning in serious and se*y concept. Ballads genre suits best on him. Second reason, I've been solo stan and "realistic" Engene. As solo stan I fully support my bias only, I don't hate other members, I will give appreciation based on realistic reason only. So, recent song cover by Heeseung I play it twice, "I Don't Think I'm Okey" by Jake I play it 3 times, and "Whodunit" (GlayXJay) I play it many times. I like rock genre, even because of this collaboration I follow Glay in YT & Spotify.
Why do I change from OT7 in predebut era into "realistic" solo stan in "Orange Blood" era? Because of fans w*r inside Engene. And many Engene has turnt to be the same position like me because we have been tired to be sucked emotionally.
There are a lot of many new fans from 2nd and 3rd Gen Kpop fans. Half of these new Engene are just casual listeners. The other half new fans are solo stans and many of them do not want to be called Engene? Because their hearts are still loyal to their groups in 2nd & 3rd Gen, and because they do not want to be involved in fans w*r anymore. Their motto: we are not Engene, we don't like w*r, we come just for fun.
So, If Hee has solo album/single? Only Engene OT7 and his solo stan. It would be just -+20℅ of fandom. So Hee only gets 3,7M views for recent song cover (similar views like Jake 4 months ago), it shows that Hee is not strong enough to be soloist right now. Engene fandom are not fully supporting him.
In addition, there are 10% akgae inside fandom. Sunghoon has been att*cked by akgae for many times. They often make hatred comments in MC Jangkku video and his Weverse live streaming, mass repo*t his video in Douyin and his reel in Enhypen IG. If Hee has solo album/single amid bigger hatred, well, you know what those akgae will do to Hee's MV.

The problem with the distribution of lines isnt that Heeseung sings more, he is the one who has the most singing ability and is considered the main vocalist of the group, and something NORMAL in kpop is that the best singers and main vocalists have more lines. The problem is the little variation in lines that exists in the group. Enhypen needs songs where other genres or musical styles are explored to make other members shine, for example, songs with the style of skz or ateez make rappers stand out more, Ni-ki doesnt have songs where he has stood out vocally, Fatal Trouble was a song that suited Jay and Sunoo's style very well and could have been theirs. It's not so much the number of lines, but rather that the songs always repeat the same distribution. And another problem is that they are unstable with the distributions, the first two years Jungwon was given many lines for example, but now in the last 3 albums he hasnt a memorable line even in the b-sides

It would be best if you realized by now that they have music producers to choose which suits the line better. Some Engenes have a "solo" mentality but producers do not. They produce music and work for a group. Yes, a group. It means they're looking for the entirety. It's like cooking; you don't put the same amount of ingredients to make a delicious meal right? That's how k-pop songs work. If Engenes continue to complain about line distribution and not streaming their music because of this, you will never give them the success they deserve. Y'all need to give them huge success for your demands to be heard. You should have checked out BTS's line distribution for reference. ARMY has a lot of solo stans but they did a great job supporting them as a group. Why? Because no matter how less lines their bias got, they know that complaining will do nothing. It seems you are an Army. Enhypen is very different from BTS: Enhypen is made from survival show. Straykids, Treasure & Enhypen have similar problem: solo stan & akgae. If you follow the news in Straykids, akgae of Felix ever sent truck to protest, demanding JYP to get Hyunjin out from Straykids. Treasure and Enhypen were in strict rivalry in debut era, and there were a lot of fans w*r between two fandoms. Now Teume and Engene never have any fans w*r anymore because they have been too busy for fans w*r inside fandom.
So what happens inside Army is totally diffrent from Engene. Fandom from group made by survival show has its own characters. And Enhypen is the only BG inside Hybe Label from survival show. That's why strategy made by Belift has created never ending fans w*r inside fandom. Hybe & Belift do not understand this different character.
Belift & Hybe has used unappropiate strategy for years. As result, Enhypen can't have its optimum achievement. At the end of 2023, TXT and Straykids are running fast, Enhypen is still in good speed but left behind, far from TXT and Straykids. Enhypen & Treasure now are having similar problem: the fandom can't support the group well because they have been exhausted from fans w*r inside fandom.
