I saw this film in theaters. I knew it would be a stinker, but I didn’t expect the movie to give every single ghost character a death rattle for no reason other then it’s recognizable to the fans. The first 2 minutes of this film are the highlight.
I don't really have positive opinions about this movie, but I must say, the main titles were actually good. I got early 2000's horror movie vibes by listening to them.
Yes it would actually, some curses say from this franchise are not as powerful as the movies portray them they’re often buffed for the movies drama. Curses are hard to break but not impossible, if you can find one experienced in that field or knows what they’re doing then these scenarios could’ve been quickly stopped.
Of course it was impossible there for the movie sakes anyway I’m not gonna waste my breath trying to inform someone who doesn’t want to learn anything new.
It just doesn’t make sense on how they can’t put kayako In the movie when it’s literally called the grudge That’s like a Halloween movie without Michael Myers
Well the ju on curse it's not exclusive from her, there's other films from the japanese franchise that focuses on other ghosts and are really GREAT, this reboot/prequel just wasn't good enough
@@josepharratia6865 it's a reboot, i get why they tried to do something different with this one. Kayako appears in most of the films because they were remaking her story again and again in new versions.
This was an okay movie, to me it doesn’t make sense because why would the woman become possessed and kill her family when in the first movie that man did the killing. Why would the female ghost possess the woman to kill her family when her ghost was innocent…
Ahh yes that’s two minutes and nineteen seconds of pure gold….then the rest of this fanfiction happens.
Now we await for the remake to be remade

Cant wait for Grudge Remake except Kayako is actually in more than one scene lmao
The minute they went "Hey let's instead have a Kayako cameo", I knew this movie was doomed.

2:48 she sees that it followed her and realizes she is screwed
If she had gotten ritually cleansed she wouldn’t have brought it back with her so sad in these movies so few know how to deal with crap like that.
it wouldn't work

@@matthewmartinez3907 It's impossible, so much so that someone experienced in. Sadako vs kayako tried to do this and still couldn't do it.
