Tommy's facilities are amazing! They are well-designed. But, I am not a fan that they only use two mitters. Would be better if some facilities had a top brush. The dryer section, I think these facilities would be better off with side dryers instead of side-buff/shines. After all, they do have a self-serve section.
I myself prefer top brushes over mitters, however, if somehow they got Sonny's mitters I would be so happy. I don't really like AVW mitters at all, or mitters that operate in a similar manner as them.
