I always had this question and will always be.. WHY DONT WE GET BACK THE PHYSICAL PROXIMITY SENSOR on all Xiaomi/Poco/Redmi devices. A physical sensor can never be replaced with a software and we know all the scenarios where artificial proximity sensor lacks behind. Please ask them to get back the physical sensor. Arun Dada do get this query answered.

Sou da Índia e usei telefones Poco, foi uma experiência horrível para mim. Em primeiro lugar, meu poco x2 teve alguns problemas após a atualização. Como câmera morta, slot sim morto, no final o problema da câmera morta, Meus amigos também enfrentaram os mesmos problemas com seus telefones poco X2, x3. E centro de serviços cobrando mais de 125 $ + Portanto, não recomendo a ninguém que compre um telefone poco aqui na Índia ...

I have a POCO X3 and after updating to MIUI 13 and Android 12 my phone's speaker and selfie stopped working. Service centre say it's mother bord problem and i have to to pay 9k to repair. How can I spend 9k for 16k phone. And why poco didn't do anything for POCO X3 users. Please Arun sir ask it to poco. My phone is just 2 years old. I still have the phone and it's not able to exchange in Flipkart because it's selfie isn't working.

I was a very very big fan of POCO, but off late it has disappointed me with updates , hardware issues and after sale service.
I am a POCO X2 user which I bought 2.5years ago, now suddenly after an update the rear camera has just stopped working. On reaching out to the service center their technical team says that this is a motherboard issue and it needs to be changed for which it will cost ₹8900 nearly as this phone is no longer covered by warranty.
Totally disappointed with this and after this I'm never recommending a POCOPHONE to anyone.
@Trakin tech can you guide me of how to get this issue addressed.

Their service centre says we were replacing the the device with a new one but the service has stopped 2 months ago! So is it my problem that my rear camera has stopped after that service?? Poco F4 is basically a device within 25k-30k & still having security patch of 01/08/2022.
What's the point of longer software update assurance if you are gonna give 2 security patches in a year to every device irrespective of Device Price???

You forgot to ask this question why Poco flagship phone F3/F3GT/F4 doesn't get the 5G updates and software update meanwhile other countries already got the update. At least they should give us 5G update on time. The guy in the service centre told me use airtel instead of jio. Why should i use airtel when jio provides the unlimited 5G data.

I bought Poco F4 in the first sale, the last update it received was in September 2022 and the security patch is still August 2022. And this is for their current flagship! Would appreciate it if you can pass them a message to work on updates
Whenever an update approach your phone don't update it for atleast 10 days wait and see others reaction after updating.

I'm a user of poco x3 prooo and had a complaint with board.... And Visited service center they took 40 days to fix it and changed the mother board... And the same problem was repeated after 10 days... They are not responding properly. And I'm not gonna use poco in my life again🤬🤬

My question is:- Outer switches ke problems that's mean switches khulenge to nhi like miui ke mobiles mai aisa hota hai already hua hai mere sath, and mobile mai battery 🔋 ka koi issue to nhi aiga kabhi kabhi Aisa hota hai ki mobile purana ho Jane ke baad wo khud se charge gidne lagta hai or sath me kabhi kabhi khudse band ho jata hai charging mai de kar chalana padta hai or service centre Jane ke alava koi option nhi rahta
Poco is really great brand. My Poco F1 is still going great. But my question is that why they dumped the Poco F1 USP infrared face recognition in their later iterations. I would like to see infrared face recognition in mobile which help in face unlocking in 100% dark environments which is working flawlessly in my Poco F1 which is the only reason I'm not discarding that mobile.

First motherboard issue started with poco x2 and it was huge in number.....
Even i faced it.
But still, thanks to poco for giving free motherboard replacement and it's been 1 yr 2 months using it with no issues. 😇❤️
