I was glued to this video. Witnessing lots of health problems within my family has really inspired me to be as healthy as I can be. Cambria, my parents and sister passed away within an 8 year span when i was in my 20s. You never know why God allows the things that happen to happen. Just asking Him for wisdom, and trusting in Him to take care of every aspect in your life is one of the most comforting thing you can do. Thank you for sharing and all you do!

Cambria your hormone update is so inspiring to me. I have had low progesterone for 7 years (that I know of) and other issues going on for a large part of my life (I’m 27). I was told I have PCOS 3 years ago. But I have all of these raging symptoms that nothing seems to help-meds, supplements , lifestyle changes and yet I’m still here at the peak of my PCOS issues. Your persistence and steadfastness truly helps me to keep moving forward and to keep knocking! I feel like how you said at the end when you said “I feel like I’m not getting anywhere” and to have you share this amazing news is just so hopeful to me because there’s many times I want to give up on trying to get well.I truly cannot tell you how much it spurs me on! I just got my thrive box last week and I love it. The lotus foods Ramen noodles are soooooo good. I made a big pot of Ramen for me and my son and I was very surprised that the noodles didn't get soggy after being in the fridge over night. You're such an encouragement and this is all so relatable to me. My iron has always been an issue and I recently stopped taking my liver pills and black cumin seed and let me tell you I'm feeling it. Which made me remember that I had heard that a big cause of low iron is pathogens! It's just so hard to find a local Dr to work with on this. Thanks again for your encouragement.
