Thank you for reminding people not to flush the “flushable” wipes. Our last apartment and neighbor’s apartment were both flooded so bad we had to live in a hotel for a month and finally just moved to a different apartment because the clean up and repairs took over a month. All because a lot of people flushed those, backing up the pipes for the whole building until the sewage backed up through our floors and toilets. Why they can market them as flushable is beyond me.
I am so glad the Neutragena dupe was on this video. I literally just bought the equate brand last weekend after I ran out of the Neutragena. Compared ingredients and noticed they were the same. Feels and performs the same. Super impressed
The leave-in conditioners (It's a 10) are supposed to come out thick like that. I always sprayed it in my hands and then distributed it throughout the ends of my hair. Good to know there's a Walmart dupe!
The Walmart/Equate brand AZO dupe had been my best friend for well over a decade... They got that one right and I'm so glad they did lol... Much cheaper with the same results and one box lasts me forever!
I have never had a problem with any Equate generic meds. Their Benadryl tablets are $4/100 count bottle, where the name brand box of Benadryl is more than that and you get hardly any! I try to stock up when I go to Walmart on anything Equate that I take. Ibuprofen, Naproxen, anything PM, NyQuil, the Equate version always works for me!
Pharmacist tip - almost all of the drugstore/grocery store/big box generic versions of the oral OTC meds are made by the same one or two companies and just labeled separately. Often those store brand products are even made by the brand name company in the same exact plants.
I don't know about the US, but in the UK, medications have a 'PL' code on the box. I am in the US, I am a dental hygienist and had to take a pharmacology class in college. It has saved me so much money in OTC meds over the years, it’s crazy. One example is Unisom, an OTC sleep aid. It’s expensive and you only get like 12 in a bottle. It’s expensive, overpriced Benadryl, which the generic is Diphenhydramine. Don’t ever buy name brand Benadryl or Tylenol PM, if you need sleep and have no pain, generic Diphenhydramine is cheaper and does the exact same thing.

Hi, again! Vivian, I am a user of AZO, too, and you are so right…it does an amazing job of alleviating the worst of the painful and uncomfortable UTI symptoms. BUT…it is really important that folks understand it is only treating the symptoms; it does not cure a UTI. You still have to go to a doctor and get an Rx for an antibiotic to get rid of the infection. Also, a heads up to new users of this product…It’s going to turn your pee rusty orange, so don’t freak out when you see that! I really love your channel, and thanks for doing what you do to help us, the consumers! 🙋🏻♀️
Neutrogena Hydro Boost is everything! It's $18 at my local WM, but I'll happily pay that. My skin looks & feels so much better since I started using it years ago. I loved it so much, I bought the body lotion...no surprise, it's also AMAZING! Sending love, Queen Viv, from Alabama! 🥰
@B H hey....you responded to my comment without comprehending what it said. I simply reiterated 🤷♀️ It actually is great for me. My girls get to feel super clean and my restroom trash doesn't have to fill up with $hit meant to be flushed 😉 You have a good night✌️
Hey Vivian, I absolutely loved this video. The Neutrogena Hydro Boost is my all time favorite because of it not being greasy I can't do the grease but I found that Five Below has the name brand for $3.00 you get 2 oz of it but I'm sure the Walmart Dupe is the exact same thing so I'll have to try the Walmart brand for sure!
I like the Walmart wipes better because they don’t fall apart (of course would never flush them) & the AZO knock off works very well (personal experience) But a reminder, it’s NOT a cure, need antibiotics asap to prevent a worse infection.
Sometimes 😊 our bodies can fight off some UTIs on their own. Unfortunately taking an antibiotic too soon and not giving our bodies a chance contributes to antibiotic resistance

I am a dental hygienist and this idea is so freaking amazing! Crest used to make a liquidy textured toothpaste that was used in Sonicare toothbrushes, where you pushed a button and the toothpaste dispensed onto the bristles. They only made it for a year and then stopped. I had to buy a new brush because you couldn’t get the paste or replacement brush heads after a year. Excellent tip
Vivian ,I had some kidney issues and was prescribed Azo it didn't help me but when I purchased the off brand Azo what a difference I would recommend it to anyone who's having some issues , it last longer and I wasn't having any discomfort urinating. Great product
My good friend is a dental assistant and she recommended an electric toothbrush and the purple listerine for our family , I was shocked at how much it improved my family’s dental check ups, Kidd cleaning appointments were less by 1/2 the time and my kids have ne from had any cavities.
I am a dental hygienist and mouthwash doesn’t loosen anything up, but it keeps more bacteria off of your toothbrush if you use it first. Mouthwash is cosmetic and doesn’t do anything unless it’s prescription mouthwash. I personally don’t recommend Listerine because it kills bacteria that is supposed to be in your mouth.
I'm so glad you tested the wipes because you just saved us all from paying hundreds for toilet clogging! Thanks for the tip with the mouthwash! I actually do the same thing with dental floss.. I floss first and then brush my teeth.
Most store brand items are made and packaged by name brand companies for the stores. I worked for the Juice company Tree Top and they also bottled Juice for Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco along with a hand full of grocery stores.
You’re right; don’t ever flush those wipes!! My husband works for Roto rooter and about 80% of issues are from “flushable” wipes! Bc even though we saw that the one wipe broke down quite a bit …. Those little pieces still clogs on top of each other over time.

If you goggle the pill number the name of the medicine and all it's information pops up. I found this out one day after my dad mixed up his medication and got rid of the bottles. It helped so much. ☺️
Just a big sister tip for you 😊 I've been told (and looked up) that any over the counter medications have to have the same exact active ingredients by law in the US, so you are usually better off just buying the store brand because it'll be just the same as the name brand, like tylenol, advil, midol neosporin etc. So I wasn't surprised that the uti medicine seemed exactly the same, but I loved the video so much, as normal lol keep it up and thank you for all your hard work and sharing 😊❤👍👍
however, there have been investigations into over seas factories of generic drugs, and they are not following the rules big time. Especially India. So just be alert
The inactive ingredients, fillers, are what can make the absorption of generics different from brand. Now if you take a generic medication, make sure it is always from the same manufacturer. This keeps your body in a steady state.
I remember when Cottonelle (the T's are not silent) came out in the late 70's and we wanted mom to get it so bad! But we had a septic tank in the country and she was even afraid it would clog it up.
Hi 👋🏻 Vivian, yes listerine will cut down on the amount of fungalitus in the mouth. The menthol and ethyl are two of antimicrobial agents in listerine, but you need to swish for a full 60 seconds for it to have maximum effect. It’s not 100% but it cuts down the bacteria significantly. We have dental patients swish 60 secs before treatment 👍🏻 Ps I love your content ❤️
Glad to hear you say that flushable wipes shouldn't be flushed. I use a trash can next to the toilet. If you put layers of toilet paper on top and take out the trash often, there won't be a smell

I wonder if that hydrogel is the same as the new one at Aldi... As for the 99 on the UTI pills, means it's the same exact pill just in different packages.
As a Cottonelle user…. The wipes ABSOLUTELY fall apart, right out of the package!! However, they ARE flushable… Just a side note…. A Walmart employee shared that MANY of the Equate products from Walmart are the EXACT product in alternate packaging…. From this video, seems like it could be true!!
Equate has the same major ingredients as the name brand but they are not the exact same thing. Most of the time Equate will have more ingredients than the name brand or something that makes it different.

I had a friend at the university who worked for the local sanitation district and he begged people to never flush these. He said they might be “flushable” but they clog up and damage the water treatment processes, and lead to extensive costs for cleaning these out of the system. Just wrap it up and toss it in the garbage can.
I have a condition called Urethral Syndrome that is very painful. My urethral tube will spasm. I had been paying for prescription medicine which really didn’t work that well. Then the nurse told me about Azo Standard. Off I went to get it and it stopped the urethral spams within about 15 minutes. That was 32 yrs ago and it has never failed me once. And yes, I get the Walmart brand if I’m there and it works identical!
For medications, the fda requires that the name brand and generic be equivalent. The fillers may be different (the material that holds the tablet together) but that's about it. They're identical.
I’ve heard several times that most generic items of a brand item with similar packaging is the same exact product made at the same manufacturer. The only difference is packaging & price.
In 2017 London had a "fatberg" TWO football fields long (200 yds), 11 double decker buses in weight and it was 30ft around!!!! This clog took em 3wks plus to dig out and was made by people flushing, flushable wipes, diapers, tampon/pads etc down. It was so bad banning was discussed. Dont flush anything down your toilets but #1-2 and TP!!!
I lovvve CeraVe moisturizer I need to find a dupe of it because it retails for like $15. I wonder if the Neutrogena gel would be a good dupe for the CeraVe because I use it mainly on my face anyways. Hmm 🤔
I use the Neutrogena hydroboost serum + Olay collagen peptide serum, with Olay regenerist (red jar) with sunscreen on top after the serums have soaked in during my morning routine. That combo has been amazing for my skin. In the evenings, I wash with Neutrogena hydroboost facial cleanser and then use the CeraVe PM moisturizer. I'd love a dupe of all of those too, haha!
I'm a generic brand kinda girl married to a VERY particular brand name dude. Don't tell Him but I buy Great Value pancake syrup and refill His maple syrup container. I've been doing it for years! Yes, I KNOW it's not the same...I don't want no back talk...I'm just sayin'. :-)
The image of those little communion cups you use for tests will be in my head for Sundays to come. “Excuse me, Pastor, but could we have mouthwash instead of wine today? There’s more alcohol in mouthwash than wine, and everyone’s breath will be minty fresh!”
Neutrogeena HydroGel is absolutely AMAZING and literally life changing! It’s changed my skin for the better! Guess what I’ll be buying next, thank you Vivian!
On the urinary tract relief tablets the number is the same on both because it’s the identification number for that medicine …which means the tablets are 100% the same. All tablets …almost all drugs have numbers and letters on some for easy identification. So if someone has the meds loose in a travel container,no original packaging they fall ill and get taken to a hospital or a doctor they can look the numbers up to know what the person is taking and why. Loved the video 💜
I use the Hydra Boost spray....it is the best stuff. I hate using creams, and such, on my face. I swear, I get clogged pores and acne from it, but the Hydro Boost spray, I love it.
Walmart’s Daily Cleansing Facial Cloths, which are a dupe for the Olay ones are really good. Also elf has duped the Neutrogena formula and it’s very affordable. You can probably also get it at Walmart.

And yes, I get the Walmart brand if I’m there and it works identical!
For medications, the fda requires that the name brand and generic be equivalent. The fillers may be different (the material that holds the tablet together) but that's about it. They're identical.
Yes, you are correct on the active ingredients. The fillers can change efficacy in others. It's all trial and error with generics
Love your channel. Informative and sometimes FUNNY
The 99 on the pill is required so any medicine can be identified by it’s color and number even outside it’s container
Like look up red pill 99 and it’ll show up
“That’s pure gasoline” 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 lmaooooooo!!!!!
Girl you are f’n hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🔥🔥🔥
I’ve heard several times that most generic items of a brand item with similar packaging is the same exact product made at the same manufacturer. The only difference is packaging & price.
Your always on my top list Vivian!!! I absolutely ❤️ watching you. ❤️
Hospice nurses were flushing those wipes and we didn’t know it. Cost us $2,000 to fix it. NEVER FLUSH THOSE!!!!!
I watch you so much my 10 year old son be giving items Vivian heads 😭😂 I gotta problem
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ahhh yes nothing like eating dinner and watching a review on toilet wipes! 🤓
😆
😀😉😉
I keep the uti stuff on hand all the time. It works great!
I just wanted to say that I love your show. New subscriber here. I like people who are for real and you make me giggle.
I can't wait to try the knockoff Neutrogena Hydro Boost. Love the video...
Hmm 🤔
costco sells Cerave if you have one near you
Walmart has duped for some cerave. I buy the equate version of the cerave pm lotion and use it as a my day lotion. (The pump one, not the jar one)
Cetaphil would be your other noncomedogenic option. My son has eczema and his dermatologist told us to only use those.
Amazon brand Solimo is a good dupe. I love it
I'm a generic brand kinda girl married to a VERY particular brand name dude. Don't tell Him but I buy Great Value pancake syrup and refill His maple syrup container. I've been doing it for years! Yes, I KNOW it's not the same...I don't want no back talk...I'm just sayin'. :-)
I had to take my lunch early just to LAUGH and see my bargains 📺
Oh my gosh, you are just too cute and funny, your laugh is absolutely contagious and absolutely worth watching your videos…!!
I had a UTI one time....I swear I thought I was going to die. AZO (or the dupe) will relieve the pain however you still have to get the antibiotics!
The image of those little communion cups you use for tests will be in my head for Sundays to come. “Excuse me, Pastor, but could we have mouthwash instead of wine today? There’s more alcohol in mouthwash than wine, and everyone’s breath will be minty fresh!”
Your right Vivian the month wash does help kill the gems
The UTI testimonial is FACTS! OMG I have the same med packs for out of town!
I am a nurse. I get all of my over the counter meds as generic. The FDA make these meds have the same ingredients as the name brand.
I want to start by saying I love you channel. I’ve been using the Walmart brand for AZO for years. It’s saved me a lot of money over the years.
First time coming across your channel and I absolutely looove your personality! Subscribed 😁
Love your channel! You rock!!!
You made my day again! Thank you.
Thanks for the AZO info. If the Walmart dupe works as well, what a life saver.
Love the Walmart Azo dupe!! Thats my go to.
Any savings Walmart provides, isn't worth the terror.
Love the water gel! Can't wait to try Wally's!
I love you Vivian! You are a breath of fresh air💕 never change!
New to your channel, I love you already! You have the cutest laugh ever! Love all your vidoes. Currently binging!
I'm so glad I found your channel! I love that you try the products first...gives me advance notice of if I want to try them or not. Thank you!
Fantastic. Thank you so very much for sharing.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
I use the Hydra Boost spray....it is the best stuff. I hate using creams, and such, on my face. I swear, I get clogged pores and acne from it, but the Hydro Boost spray, I love it.
Love your videos.thank you
Walmart’s Daily Cleansing Facial Cloths, which are a dupe for the Olay ones are really good. Also elf has duped the Neutrogena formula and it’s very affordable. You can probably also get it at Walmart.
Girl... that wet paper is NASTY! 🤣 LOVE YOUR VIDS!
I've never been to one of her videos so fast 😆
Love it, "big sister tip"..🤣
