The last rapper was ghostface killa, and del still has the same flow. I just don't think he cares as much about the collabs, so he's not really trying.
Ah, thanks! I wasn't wrong about Wu then. As for Del, I just feel like his voice changed somewhere in the early 2000s after Both Sides of the Brain and the first Deltron album. He started sounding more monotone, whereas he used to use a lot of inflection in his voice. I'll always love Del though.
