The Gmail DRAFT doesn't auto-save when you change the From Line

Using the Gmail API and the Gmail web interface, we experiment with changing the From Line dropdown in the Compose window, and we notice that the DRAFT isn't saved with that change. The DRAFT requires a further change to the Subject or Message in order to save and reflect the change made to the From dropdown.
