Tweak of the Week: EmSculpt with the Thérapie Clinic | Alice Hart-Davis

#AD For my latest Tweak of the Week, I went to the @therapie clinic to try Emsculpt. This is a muscle-building tweakment which has its roots in physiotherapy treatments used to rebuild athletes' damaged muscles, and it uses high intensity focused electro magnetic waves of energy to achieve 'supramaximal' contractions in your muscles. That means making your muscles contract at seemingly impossible speeds, far faster than your brain could ever command them to do, so you get the equivalent of 20,000 sit-ups in a single half-hour session on your abs (the treatment can also be used to build muscle on the backside, arms, legs...)
