It’s a good adaptation of the original TZ episode. These radio programs do a great job. “The Invaders” should have been next to impossible. Add a husband, and boom. We have another great radio version. I love these…
I’m happy to have as many episodes as there is. I’d gladly pay good money for new episodes. Almost 200 is pretty sweet. My favorite radio drama had around 100 episodes (Dimension X/X-1) and Bradbury 13 was way to good to only have 13 episodes. With podcasts and audiobooks so popular, I don’t understand why more people don’t love radio dramas. I think more people would love them if they only heard them… Thx 4 TZ ❤
In the year 1847, Chris Horn is the leader of a small wagon train from Ohio attempting to reach California. Horn's wife and young son Christian are riding in one of the group's covered wagons. Christian is dangerously ill and the others advise Horn they wish to turn back, as they are running out of supplies and lack medicine for the sick. Determined to keep going, Horn sets off alone to a nearby hill, in a desperate search for water and sustenance.
I think he would've thought it was a monster since it was so loud, fast, and way bigger than any land vehicle his time could've made. Maybe except trains but he might the never seen such a thing.
I love The Twilight Zone; so finding these audio dramas is better than finding a bag of money. 🙂😍
This channel is a gold mine of delightful imagination ♥️ thank you 🌌
I loved the hybrid Western / Sci-Fi vibe in this one.

These are great to listen to while doing housework! 👌
Nah, he would have known a "Truck" was a fancy wagon, not a monster, maybe he would have thought it was a "magic wagon", but still

what's all this ice in this glass of water? and what's all this electricity powering this refrigerated building with all this indoor light.😂

EVERY generation is smug in their superior technology.
Just knowing that someone out there thought that naming their kid Karl Lamari aka Calamari… is genius and hilarious 😂
