Its too much pressure for young pilots and the current environment just aggravate everything. Verstappen in Ferrari without the confidence who gives Redbull he would be doing mistakes too. Charles entered in a bad era of Ferrari, but its not his fault, he didnt had another choice. He need to improve his mind (yeah its not easy, Vettel or Hamilton never got better at that) and stay on focus because he is a very good pilot, and someday he will have a chance to truly shine.
