Thanks for bringing to our attention another feature. This will be hugely important in making our lives much easier. Always a pain to not being able to save a flow, as least as draft just because there was an error but you didn't want to loose all changes you might have made while you troubleshoot. I look forward to utilising them.
I expect this feature to be one that every flow maker will look forward to.

The first compelling reason for me personally to use Solutions beyond import/export. Of course, I have this feeling that I am going to have to use the new (Power Automate) designer view for this...

when the solution is exported to another environment, is it the published version of the flow that is available on the target environment?
Does it mean that we can already do changes on the flow (drafts) in the dev environment, without moving those changes to another environment when exporting (as the published version stays the same)?
I have not tested with solution exporting and flow versioning but my guess is that would be the case
Only the published version is exported. Draft changes can be made in preparation for future publishing and exporting. You can't test a draft flow yet, but we'll work on that in the near future.
great feature. I do find however adding flows into solutions creating confusion. I now cannot see the connection name, but instead connection references that are confusing, when I edit my flows. I am wondering if anyone have similar problems
Check documentation on connection and connection references.
Are these data stored in the database? Which table(s)? How long will these data be available for? Is it 28 days like the Run History?
It’s store in Dataverse.
All versions are maintained. I believe its stored in an elastic table.
Run history also is now in Dataverse and can be extended beyond 28 days.
Hi Reza, is SharePoint list form customization using Power Apps also will be saved in to a solution when we are using preferred solutions feature?
SP Custom list forms are not solution aware.
Great video Reza! Is this feature already available? i have 1 active trial for testings for a project and i dont get the options for versions and drafts available. I ve tried in both europe and us environments to see if where limited to us environments due be in preview... but i dont get the options :(

Does the usage of Dataverse for Version History require flow makers to have a Premium license, or does it work in the background of the solution?
Does the underlying Dataverse table exist within the solution where the flow is stored?
Can it be accessed by makers / users?
1 - No
2 - No. It exists in the environment
3 - Yes - but that would require a premium license as you would be querying Dataverse

Hi Reza, We need to create 60 flows with similar activities but different variable values. Is it possible to generate these 60 Power Automate flows using a script or any automation? Thank you in advance.
Possible! There are actions in power automate to create flow from a definition.

Hi Reza ! I'm currently struggling with adaptive cards. I have to send adaptive cards for 1000+ people via teams as flowbot and should get their response. based on that response i have switch case and send another adaptive to collect data. Concurrency wont do much so I'm using child and parent flow but i have been getting "The workflow with response action type should not have triggers with 'split on' property". How to solve this error ?

Hey Reza, I would like some help regarding forms in power apps. So I changed the form to view mode after it has been edited to wait for it to get approved. However, instead of saving the field, it completely disappears and appears blank. So it’ll be in view mode, but we are not able to see the entries that have been submitted. Do you know how we can work around this?
I have not come across any issues in submitting form data or changing form modes. I have done plenty of form based videos which are all placed in a playlist on my channel.

Hello Reza. Thank you very much for your videos. You helped me with many things. Moreover, I am not a software developer and I had no knowledge about this before. Now I can solve my needs with nice applications and it looks professional. There is a problem I can't solve. I could not send reminder e-mails with powerapps and power automate. I don't know how to trigger it. Actually what I need is like this. If a row (data) in my "lists" in SharePoint is not completed (I manually select completed from the drop-down list), I would like to receive a reminder e-mail after 5 days. How can I trigger this with power automate? I would really apreciate if you help.
You’re most welcome.
Idea would be to run flow on a daily schedule, get items where column value is “not completed” and send a reminder email if its 5 days since item modified, keep a column t track when reminder email was sent and use it again for sending more reminders.
I do not have a specific video reference on this hence only giving the idea.

Hi Reza, How can I navigate through different open tabs in Chrome to download a PDF in each tab using Power Automate Desktop? I could only do it one opening tab. I want my power automate retrieve those tabs and download a pdf of each tab.

You do not need to rebuild. You can simply add existing flows to a solution.

Why can't we have the ability to add comments AT THE FLOW LEVEL when published to document what has been changed?

The publish feature should ask for "Check-in" notes... so someone can type in the changes like in Sharepoint.
Im sure it would come in future.
For now, you could use the trick shown in video.
Request to XRM API failed with server error: 'System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added.' we are getting that error

I don't understand why Microsoft is making the new designer so vertically heavy... instead of keeping the useful width we had before. Now, we're forced to constantly scroll vertically. The flow layout is simply too narrow. Everything else is an improvement.
