- #BREAKING Sad News from #Australia. 1 of the Aerial Fire Tankers Crashed and the 3 onboard did not survive. The tanker in the video is Tanker 134 a C-130 #Hercules that #Coulson from #Canada owned and operated. She was helping to fight the #Wildfires in Australia and also fought Wildfires here in #California during the #KincadeFire last year. She was one of their newer aircraft. Video was taken at #SacramentoMcClellanAirport - #KMCC in 2019. RIP Tanker 134
Words cannot express how very sad this news is.
NSW we have watched these air tankers fly over our houses while travelling to and from fire fields.
To know another 3 lives have been lost during these dreadful fires is truely tragic.
Even more so, knowing they had traveled so far from home to help us with this battle.
Australian’s, particularly us here in NSW, will never be able to express how deeply we feel for their help over the past months, and now, their ultimate sacrifice
Coulson’s contribution to the firefighting effort has been vital. Mere words of sympathy feel so useless at a time like this but my sincere condolences and gratitude to the aircrew and their loved ones.
Very sad the brave crew of C130 reg N134CG are no more. 😞. We in Australia Will Remember. ♥️
Rest In Peace brothers. You're Australian sons now
