inredibly good!!! i didn't think it would turn out good and it was the best!! w/beans and rice!!!!!! please keep making videos. i'm from canada and i don't now how to cook this stuff!!
I made this recipe for my husband (he was raised in Mexico) and he loved it. So did I! Thanks, Alma! I love how you use fresh ingredients instead of canned tomatoes, etc... in all of your recipes. I've been looking for a channel like yours for YEARS!! I can't wait to see your future recipe videos. Thank you for showing us how to cook real, fresh Mexican food! :)
Alma, you make everything you cook look so easy. I have tried a few of your recipies and they turn out good. My family loves YOUR cooking. lol. thank you for sharing
Very very good dish wow!! Great taste very easy not spicy. I left to go shopping and all my juice evaporated so i was mad about that but other than that everyone needs to try this!
I just made this last night and mmmmmmmmmmmmm, flavor was on point ☝️ however I'd strain the sauce next time other then that awesome the family loved it !
The juice is better than any soup I have ever had well gumdo is close. But yeah I love your video and I love the stock from birria . I can have it as a stand a lone . It one of my favorites
precious contreras yes that’s how most ppl make it !! She prolly jus did the stove to make the video and it’s faster !! but will be more flavorful in crock pot
I like the way you did 3 different ways to eat it. My question is that I've seen other families use all kinds of different cuts of meat so what's the difference? And why no water when you cooked your meat? Is that difference in making it a soup vs. Just meat for different dishes? Thanks for sharing.
Leprechaun TV Traditionally this is a dish that is made in Mexico and the most common meat use for this dish is goat meat. I showed in the video how to make it with beef because it’s easier to find in your local supermarket. Whatever the meat that you decide to use will taste fantastic they do have a different flavor. The reason that I do not use water is when you cook it the meat releases water out of it when you cook in low heat.
was the onion you “forgot” abt suppose to be bleded up with the rest of the seasonings and what abt that juice ppl usually dip the tacos in. seems like some kind of broth .....can u show us how to make that....
Seeds from dried chilies are BITTER, if you want more spice try adding some extra small dried peppers (smaller usually means spicier) or dried cayenne pepper powder
This recipe is SO GOOD! I used pork in place of beef this time, but I'm hoping to try it with beef soon too! The dish suggestions at the end of the video were really helpful. Thank you for sharing this recipe ー( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

Maserati Holly lol that broth is the soup you just made that’s what u dip It in
Is it bad to leave the seeds from the chilis in the sauce to increase the heat? Or is this dish not meant to be spicy?
Seeds from dried chilies are BITTER, if you want more spice try adding some extra small dried peppers (smaller usually means spicier) or dried cayenne pepper powder
