I’ve been in management for many years and now I’m a business owner. This is great advice. Having a plan and having the right crew is hugely important.

From my own personal experience: 1. Make yourself irreplaceable. Figure out how to do something not many people can do and do it really well. 2. Write a book one word at a time. First you have a word, then a sentence, then a paragraph, a chapter, and before you know it you have a novel. Great stuff Mike. I love your channel.
