I've recently started thinking of kageyama as being a bit autistic and I feel like that explains his behavior so well. He's socially inept, says exactly what's on his mind, has a fixation upon volleyball and perfection in the same way that many who have autism fixate upon something, and has savant-like skill. I don't know that I'm correct per se, but realizing this has really helped me to embrace his character in a new way that I haven't been able to before this.
