Sir suppose cctv footage is collected by traffic camera ,so it will be public document but the 65 B certificate is not issued by right person. So if i am in defence side can i question the validity of certificate . And if police submitted 65b certificate along with chargesheet then to whom i will question regarding the validity of certificate.
