In settings, go to camera, and the scroll down to where it says first person vehicle hood, from there you’ll be able to turn it on or off 👍

I found out how to dodge the scramjet missiles with my ruiner now
edit: almost forgot to mention I destroyed a modded acc and actually he could spam rpgs at me but I couldn't do it because I am not on new gen but I beat him 12-9 but still how can someone lose to a person who can't spam rpgs I still laugh about it and apparently it was a 3 year old kid behind a mic because I know a voice of a kids voice on gta 5 online I guess if I can beat a tryhard modded acc I shouldn't have a problem with any other tryhards unless they are very good snipers
