To deploy vCenter, Is it necessary AD for DNS server. I didn't see AD in this video and can I install vCenter without AD ?

Thank you for the question @winsein2801. It is possible to deploy without AD. DNS is needed for some NSX configuration/operation.

Let me know one thing. In production network, can I install esxi8 and vCenter server without AD and DNS server and with no issue? Another thing, if DNS server is essential, can I use linux dns server without installation AD?

Thank you for the question @winsein2801. You can do it without AD, but you will need name resolution (DNS) for some of the components of NSX.
