So Gen Z (or Zoomers…?) claims to have “discovered” flared leggings… which are just the yoga pants I was obsessed with in 2010. I can still remember my favorite pair of folder yoga pants from Victoria’s Secret that had gray leopard print. So while I don’t blame Gen Z for being unaware of the respect yoga pants deserve, I was a bit puzzled on how to wear flared leggings in 2020. Because the only way I know to wear yoga pants is definitely not on trend right now. So I hope you find this video helpful when picking the flared leggings you want in 2020 and how to style them to still look trendy, now 10 years later.

The reason I never wore them the first time around is because I hated everything low rise by then. NOW I can rock them and not feel stupid.

In my country they were always flared leggings, at least at the end of 90s. The best pair I had had a skirt part attached to it, so the butt was not so exposed. Wore them all through high school (graduated in 2000).
Fun fact - my black ones of cotton got lost at some point and tgey resurfaced about two years later from my brother’s closet since he or mom had mistaken them for his long winter underwear. :D

Agree! and I’ve been wearing “flared leggings” since 2010. My first purchase from lululemon and I still have 2 pairs that are still going strong. And by the way I’ve always called these yoga pants or just called them the groove pants since that is the name of the lulu style.
Their quality is so good and worth the price over time! It makes a big difference 😀

What IS the right length?? I remember wearing them long so they skimmed the floor but now I’m seeing styles that are about one inch off the ground.. is used to think this was too short but in 2022 is it??

This is silly like Yoga pants never went out of style wtf so how can it quote return(did it go out of styles like what 4ish years ago or something because it couldn't have been long😂.
